We loved the apertivo offered each day before dinner! This was our first stay while in Italy, so we were a little spoiled with this spread. The hotel was in a great location and walking distance to everything we wanted to see (Vatican, Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, etc.).

The elevator was between floors so we had to carry our luggage up/down a few steps. But it was not a big deal because we travelled light and expected stairs in many hotels in Italy.

It was in a great location. The decor was eclatic and we live the statues that made us more immersed into “Rome”

Nothing - a wonderful hotel and a marvellous team!

Exceptional customer service. The team were able to accommodate an early check in - we were offered coffee on check in which was brought to our room with pastries. We were given free drinks at the happy hour that evening (6-7pm) the team made excellent restaurant recommendations / reservations- one of our party had a 70th birthday during the stay - we mentioned it only in passing - but on the day a birthday cake arrived on the breakfast tray! Hotel held our baggage on check out(11am) offering taxi pick up arrangements - and offered us drinks when we returned for our luggage later. As with other reviews a special call out for Farukh for looking after us so well - but the whole team were marvellous - sincere thanks!

Torre Argentina Relais is a beautiful hotel, located right in the city center. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was excellent. We really enjoyed our stay here and will definitely come back!

All the staff were very nice and friendly. Marta was extremely helpful with several of my requests as I was traveling with my 12 year old son. Ulrich and Faruq was also helpful during our stay. We had the Wellness and Spa Suite and we loved it. The room and property was very clean and it had beautiful artwork. The property was located in perfect location in the city.

The room was exactly as in description! The service was top notch, breakfast in bed every morning, also they make bed for you before you going to sleep! Faruq is one of the stuff was extremely professional and helpful and always with the smile! I would recommend this hotel to anyone to really experience luxury stay in Roma!

Exceptional staff and service on all fronts!!! We were greeted with inviting smiles the moment we checked in. Everyone from front desk to bell service were amazing and breakfast was awesome.

Quite good in total. A standard deluxe room is still a little small though.

A lovely hotel located at the center of Rome. We find the transportation very convenient and many good restaurants nearby. The hotel is full of a fregancy of candy. Stuff are always helpful and passionate. Especially thanks to Faruk, for his warm smile and consideration.

The first day when we arrived at the hotel to check in, it took a long time to get the POS machine working. The rooms were just OK, the furniture and decorations make the room look very cheap. The hotel did not meet my expectation.

The location is very convenient.
