I didn’t like the glass door to the room covered with fabric.

Carlo is an excellent host. Due to the railroad workers' strike, I had to cancel the first night in the apartment, but he understood my situation. I didn’t have to pay a penalty and he received me very well the next day, gave the necessary information about the city, offered a map of Siena, told me how best to organize my stay in the city. The breakfast was included in the price, and it was possible to get it in a cafe nearby. I had a spacious room with two beds with everything I need, there was even a small refrigerator and a small balcony overlooking the surrounding area. The private shower and toilet were clean, there was enough shower gel and shampoo. There was also a common kitchen with all the necessary equipment. The apartment is located 10 minutes from the railway station and within walking distance from the historical city center.

There was noise from other rooms including guest rooms, the kitchen, and the hallways early in the morning and late at night. There was insufficient seating in the room, and the shutters were difficult to use - need repair. The kitchen needs a good sorting out of equipment and utensils.

the room did lack in terms of good quality amenities and it had a lack of certain amenities such as a toothbrushes, combs, shaving cream, razor, hair conditioner and body lotions

It was in an amazing location for the train station and the city centre. Comfortable bed and fantastic wash facilities! The property also felt very secure which can give you peace of mind while you’re out exploring for the day or going to sleep. The owner was very accommodating and very helpful!

Hopefully not a regular occurrence - the lift was not working on my day of departure. Walking 3 flights up in the morning was OK , but in the pm collected my suitcase and had to bump it up 66 stairs! Hard work for a 75 year old Granny especially after spending 4 hours walking into and around Siena. Not Pietro’s fault of course.!

Breakfast - Very good - delicious croissant and coffee, only a 2 minute walk from the property. Pietro very kindly allowed me to leave my suitcase during the day of my departure, he was very helpful. Also like the fact there was a fully equipped communal kitchen plus a fridge in my room with a bottle of water for me.

There is not enough space in the bathroom, for large people it can be problematic. There is a slight smell of dampness, but if you turn on the hood, it quickly disappears.

Apartments in a great location, 5-7 minutes to the historical center. From the railway almost to the hotel there is a funicular, which is located in a shopping center opposite the railway station. Breakfast in a cafe nearby: a croissant to choose from and coffee. The apartments have everything you need. In the kitchen there is a coffee machine.

Would be great if there is air condition. The hall way is very dark, light with motion sensor would be more convenient.

The location is great, in between the old town center and train station. We like the breakfast at the snack bar, with great view. Host is very nice.

Small elevator so expect to walk your bags up/down stairs to -3 apartment. The shower and sink were too close making for a tight squeeze to access. "Breakfast" was limited to a coupon at cafe near escalator for a coffee and pastry.

Walkable distance from train station (up escalator-get groceries before coming up in large market) and into old town Siena. The apartment was large with a well stocked kitchen down the hall.

Vacanze Senesi was located about one minute from the top of the escalators which connects the train station with the town above. The escalator is on the left hand side of the shopping mall which is located across the square outside the station. Our friendly host Paulo met us outside, showed us to our huge room and explained all the workings, especially the do’s and don’ts of the lift. The room was very clean and comfortable. The small common kitchen was a welcome and useful surprise. Porta Camollia one of the entrances to the Old Town was just a few minutes away. We did a trip in the local bus to Monteriggioni and the bus stop was about 75 m from the b&b. All in all we had a very pleasant stay.

Great room and facilities. a little quirky as 3 floors down but no issues as lift available. Host friendly and welcoming. Answered all texts quickly. Great location 10 minute walk to the town entrance.

Mosquitos, but that's not something they can avoid.

Good location, super close to the station; just take the escalators all the way up the hill. Good (post-)Covid solution to breakfast; coupons to the local coffee bar with friendly service. Nice hist, whom explains very well how everything works. We got the room with the backdoor-terrace with lovely view :-)

It was very difficult to find since the complex is tucked back off the street and being new to Italy, I found it confusing.

Breakfast at the snack bar down the road was great. It was an easy walk to old Siena and all the historical sites.

The only thing we noticed was a weird smell when you opened the shower but if you let the water run for 1 minute the smell disappears.

Room very well located, is less than 5 minutes from the train station and 10 minutes from the centre of Siena. Carlo was very nice and we could leave of backpacks after checkout on the hall. Breakfast was a croissant and a drink on a local caffe.

It is a little bit difficult to find: find the block of flats No 48 (on the top it is written "autoscuola LA BALZANA"). At the entrance ring the button marked "Vacanze Senisi". Then use the elevator to the level (-3).

Very warm and friendly welcome; Carlo was very helpful and did his best to ensure guest feel comfortable. The location is close to the train station and historic town.
