Room was a bit oldish, no electric kettle, shower could be better and bigger.

Definitely the location was SUPER GREAT. Very close to Vatican, walkable distances everywhere. Hosts were very helpful, all ok with checking in and support.

very loud front doors, very audible when someone comes and goes. Our room was near the reception, loud conversations interfered with the settlement of new tenants.

Great location close to the Vatican, and opposite a market! Felt secure. Daily housekeeping service which was really nice. Our host gave us a city map and pointed out the best ways to get to various spots, including food recommendations, which we appreciated!

The double bed was 2 singles pushed together and was quite hard but apparently that is common in Italy in general. Would definitely recommend to stay at.

The place is on the small side for two people and a suitcase (but that’s Italy), but we made it work. There was a water leak in the bathroom, but that can be easily fixed, as well as the lid on the toilet seat and the tissue holder. A small electric kettle would be a nice addition.

The location is excellent - close to Vatican, public transport, just opposite the wonderful fresh food market, and if you get to be too overwhelmed by the touristy areas, this is a perfect place to stay!

Carlo is great host! Helped us with all information we needed. Great neighborhood. Free parking is available (white lines - ignore 3h sign) but you definitely have to be persistent to find it close to the vacation holiday - definitely not impossible and definitely worth it.

Nothing really important.

Support by Carlo and Stefania was great, they are very friendly and helpful. Room is small, but pleasant and clean. Comfortable beds, a/c, wifi and refrigerator works well. Good location, not far from metro, bus and a lot of shops. Very good restaurant (La Fiorentina) next to the room. Place definitely to come back in the future.

Floor not clean & the toilet has odour; I didn’t get new towels after 3 days stay, and even after a friendly reminder with the owner, still no new towels after the 4th day, that was not nice.

Close to Vatican museum ; 4 doors felt safe; the price is very reasonable.

Very oldish, alergic starts because of a lot of dusts. Old shower, fungus inside. Bed was uncomfortable.. need to be renewed. Price does not fit the quality.

It was a great spot not far from the Vatican, great market across the road & also another little supermarket just up from the accomodation. Another plus a great cafe on the corner, the place is buzzing with restaurants & shops. I felt like I was in my own little Roman Holiday courtyard staying here as well. I like walking & was happy to find my way over to all the other attractions on the other side of the river, I’ve been in Rome several times so I just enjoyed the slow wander. I didn’t use the public transport but it looked very readily available with buses everywhere so that’s not a problem. Overall it was a lovely stay & if I needed anything all I had to do was message which I didn’t have to.

The rooms were very small and the bathroom shower was only semi functional.

Superb location for the Vatican half of the city. Simple and clean.
