Nothing and I really don’t think anyone could find a fault

The luxurious design is so chic and the attention to detail is second to none. You feel like you are the first people to stay in your room as the decor is immaculate and the cleanliness is the best we’ve ever observed. The breakfast offers a wide choice with something for everyone in a wonderful dining room overlooking the Lake and the lunch on the terrace lovely. The position of this hotel is breathtaking with a terrace that juts out into the Lake with amazing views. Our room had a lovely Mountain View which we enjoyed as an alternative to the Lake. The team at this hotel are friendly and helpful. It’s clear that everyone who works here is passionate about this beautiful hotel.

Location close to but not in the centre of Malcésine. It is on the lake and far away from the main road. Own car parking space 10 metres from the hotel. Lovely simple room with comfy bed and Door onto the terrace, with easy access to the warm pool and to the lake itself. Friendly, helpful staff who brought us drinks on the terrace if we requested them. Wonderful views across the lake and to the Harbour in Malcésine where the boats arrive

Pool is tiny and unheated. Given the lake is very cold all year round, it doesn't make much sense to have an unheated pool.

Aircon in our room was ineffective and quite noisy, even after reset.

The lakeside setting with garden and terrace was beautiful. Great breakfast with lake views. Two minute stroll to harbour, centre, shops, castle, restaurants etc. Bright, airy and super clean. No noise from dining room above our room.

Nothing we didn't like, we just wouldn't have described the room as a "junior suite" it was more of a spacious room.

Lovely hotel, really nice breakfast overlooking the lake :-) Location could not have been better! Nice modern room, ours was a junior suite so the size was good. Although very expensive in comparison to other places we have stayed, we were happy with everything so no complaints! The staff in particular are a huge asset to this hotel.

Honestly missed a kettle in my room ,must be an English thing!

Location was perfect ,just a short walk to the centre of the town.Room was spotless ,with a very comfortable bed. Views were incredible from our room. Staff go out of their way to help.

Unfortunately, no english speaking channels working due to poor weather and our new toilet leaked a bit when flushed . Also the description of the room indicated a private terrace, in fact it was a small bit of a terrace which had a roped off section and the rest was open to other occupants. Fortunately, not busy so not an issue but worth making this clearer to avoid disappointment.

The hotel was spotless and the staff were very pleasant. The room was quite compact but the shower was great and the hotel is in a very central location.

Felt quite weird at the check out when they asked us to wait until they check the room. Never happened to us in a long time, left a bitter taste. Hope they stop this practice, we chose not to ruin their rating for this. Shower had a draining issue, assume it is just wear and tear at the end of season, anyhow not something we could not manage.

Probably the best lake view you can get on Garda Lake area, as this hotel is just on the brink of the waterline, A small pontoon with sunbeds accessible to all hotel guests. Restaurant is also overlooking the lake, so breakfast experience is also uplifted, really unique. We booked a junior suite with mountain view, however we were upgraded to a standard room with lake view. The room itself is quite small, but the view was indeed spectacular. Good quality materials & design, comfortable bed. Breakfast very tasty, with good variety and delicious croissants.

Everything! Jasmine and all staff went above and beyond to make our trip perfect. The hotel is in a great position to explore local towns; the breakfast and evening dinner is exceptional and enjoying drinks on the terrace was a highlight.

As a heads up to guests checking in after a road trip with any carryover meals, no outside food is allowed on the property per the policy.

Excellent location; easy access to water / beachfront location is worth the premium $. Good breakfast and in the heart of a charming town.

240 € per night and they charge additionally for a cup of just ordinary water. Rude yelling manager. Definetely not recommend.

We ordered a room with a view to the lake but when we arrived Marco, the manager told us that we don't have the room we ordered and the options are either have a downgrade to a room facing the mountains (which actually to a tree and the road, not really a view) or upgrade for more money to a suite to the lake. We told him that it was their mistake and they should not charge more but his replies were cynical. Since we arrived late at the evening, it was too late to find another hotel with view to the lake so we had to take the suite with the extra payment.

The view is beautiful (I guess from every point to the lake it is beautiful) and the suite is comfortable.
