The only thing we didn’t like was having to leave such a beautiful property after 7 nights.

We were extremely happy with our choice of accommodation in Ostuni. From the moment we arrived we felt relaxed and very welcome at Villa Gufo. The Villa itself was so well appointed, tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. The breakfast by the pool was a gastronomic experience in itself and so delicious. We had a large terrace where Nonna Dora and Antonio taught us how to make six different types of pasta (we may not have been their most accomplished students) and then served us the most delicious, typical products of the region, as well as our pasta. This was just one of the multiple of amazing experiences we were fortunate enough to engage in during our sojourn in Puglia. As for Julie…no words would suitably describe her hospitality. Nothing was too much trouble (even if it was, on occasion)!! Her WhatsApp response was immediate and she offered amazing suggestions and advice that made our stay even more wonderful. Both Julie and Ronald were such bright, engaging company, with wonderful humour. We stayed for a week, but felt this was still not enough time to explore this stunning countryside nor enjoy the company of these delightful hosts. Thank you so much Julie and Ronald…we’ve left a little bit of our hearts with you.

Wonderful stay with honestly the best hosts! They make sure you are feeling right at home! Not far 10min drive to Ostuni. We loved the breakfast they provided every morning. The place was so clean! They gave us great recommendations on places to eat and beaches to go. We were sad to leave. Hopefully we will be back!

Fabulous! Best B&B in our Italy trip, one of the very best in our 50 years of travelling. Breakfast is abundant, delicious! Julia and Ron are very welcoming, communicative and helpful. The place is outstanding, the facilities, the sorroundings, the laundry service, the beds, everything. The place is run by Julie and Ronald who let us feel like friends since we arrive there. The concept of this place, your room just by a dinning room, a kitchen and a living room, is fantastic. It makes you feel at home. I highly recommend it

The warmth and friendliness of the hosts Ronald and Julie was memorable. From the moment we arrived we felt relaxed and very well looked after. The pool, breakfast and villa were charming and wonderful. The location is perfect as it is just outside of Ostuni but feels like you are a world away amongst the nature. Once the hosts found out we loved dogs we were even able to meet their four dogs including two puppies which was a highlight. Breakfast was served by the pool and we had lots of fun chats with both the hosts and other guests.

A short 20 min ride from Ostuni yet a slice of paradise. Decoration was very nice, it was comfortable. Julie and Ronald were great hosts. I recommend and will definately be back.

Finding it was a bit challenging.

The Villa is just a few minutes away from Ostuni, located amongst beautiful olive trees with a nice size pool. The breakfast was by far the best on our entire trip through Italy! The host and staff were very nice and accommodating. The Villa has a laid back, casual Atmosphere and it feels like you are with friends rather than in a B&B.

if we want to be a little fussy, note that the wifi tends to disconnect/reconnect which could be annoying for someone traveling for work/who wants to work from the villa (but this did not bothered us).

Thanks again to Julie, Ronald and Marco for making our stay unforgettable. I’d rather have kept this address secret and not shared our experience but they deserve to be known and their dedication must be rewarded. The villa and the rooms are beautiful, minimalist but decorated with great taste. The surroundings are calming and the view from the villa is amazing. The beds are super comfortable and nothing is missing in the room. The pool area was perfect to share a bottle of Prosecco during the day, an aperitivo at night or again for having breakfast. The breakfast was very varied (cheeses, pancakes, yogurt, etc.) with good quality products. Above all, what we enjoyed the most was the service (better than 5 stars hotels) and the good vibes of the owners and Marco. They make everything they can to make your stay enjoyable, they are attentive to what you need/want, they share with you their tips in the region and above all they share their passion and pleasure to do what they do. If you visit them, you’ll see that their good vibes are contagious. The only thing we are thinking about right now is : when are we going to come back ?

We wanted a nice, authentic Italian experience and this is excatly what we got! The villa is AMAZING, it is even more beautiful in person. The owners, Julie and Ronald are such a warm, kind and nice couple, who will do anything to make you feel at home and make sure you are enjoying every second at their place. The breakfast is superb, everything is so nicely decorated, CLEAN … No words for this place! 10/10!!!!

Beautiful property, a lot of outside space with a decent size pool, breakfast made to order (there's dinner too but didn't have a chance to try it), gracious hosts - all in the middle of the beautiful countryside, quick drive from Ostuni or Cisternino.

Nothing - all great even with a couple of days of rain.

The villa was very modern, yet cosy and comfortable with all the amenities needed. The room was lovely, very clean and an excellent bed. The house has a lovely chef, Marco, who makes a very nice breakfast by the pool and if you want, can cook a typical Pugliese dinner for you. Also enjoyed having access to a fully stocked fridge with snacks and drinks that you can help yourself to, and pay at the end. The homemade limoncello is a must! Despite not being in a town centre, the Villa is beautifully and conveniently located in the Valle d’Itria and a short drive to all the beautiful villages and beach. Loved our stay with Julie and Roland who made us feel at home.
