Pool-area very close to out room, and VERY clean Jacuzzi/hot tub was free to use for all the customers, and it was super clean and had amazing view. Staff (Carla) had excellent english and she was super helpful and told us a lot tips what to do in Scala and how busses work etc

Overall, the Villa has certainly exceeded expectations. Carla our host, was very organised and made sure we felt comfortable from the start. We were attended to very quickly and check in process was very swift as payment was made beforehand. The Villa oversaw a lovely view of Scala and Ravello and it was very straightforward to get to. Carla was even able to respond to ad-hoc requests almost instantly. We also had a very spacious sofa bed that was the size of a double bed and the amenities were spotless!

Really enjoyed staying in this apartment, it had a huge terrace with gorgeous views. Carla was really helpful and put us in touch with a company to hire a 125cc bike and also helped us make dinner reservations. The apartment had everything you need and there was even a vending machine for out of hours. The pools looked stunning too. Scala and Ravello are beautiful and would highly recommend compared to the chaos of Amalfi centre, but walking down to Amalfi and back was a great experience (LOTS of stairs!)

Easy to get to Amalfi on the bus, not so easy on the return journey because of the crowds wanting to get up to Ravello. The pillows too low and flat, but it's a personal thing with everyone.

Lovely location, beautiful view across to Ravello. Comfortable accommodation, great for couples. Well stocked with the things you need. Scala beautiful and peaceful.

The sofa was uncomfortable and the shower was terrible. Bit of a hike to the pool which is at another hotel that I wasn't aware of when reading the original description.

Great sized apartment, kitchen was well equipped with a washing machine that wasn't mentioned so a nice surprise. The hot tub was great and Carly was super friendly and helpful.

There was nothing to complain about!

The property is very clean, spacious and is very well equipped. The terrace is very spacious with a beautiful view overlooking mountains and the sea. We cooked in the apartment few times- its got all kitchen appliances you might need. We used the jacuzzi and the swimming pool which is in a hotel next door (very close). It also has a private parking. It’s located in Scala, few minutes walk from the main square where you find few shops and restaurants. Personally I was very happy we chose a place to stay that was a bit quieter than Amalfi or Positano. There is a bus that goes to Ravello and Amalfi every hour, sometimes every 30 mins. Carla is an amazing host. She’s incredibly nice and very helpful! Will answer all the questions you may have.

It's a very nice location with cute houses. It's clean and very comfortable. The host is very kind, provided restaurant recommendations which were all excellent. The place is relaxing, perfect for people who are not keen on the tourist crowds. 100% recommended.

I honestly can't think of anything. We drove all along the Amalfi Coast and visited so many places but always looked forward to getting back to Villa Sant'Alfonso in Scala.

I adored this gem of a quaint town! The small size and accessibility to everything made it a perfect place to stay. I will definitely be returning. Carla went above and beyond to help us in every way possible, from the detailed directions and corresponding pictures to guide us to our actual room to her recommendations on places to park, visit, etc... This trip would not have been as seamless or easy. The room was clean and comfortable!

The beds were poor quality in terms of they would slide around easily, but pillows and linen was comfortably set up.

Beautiful villa overlooking Amalfi. We rented a scooter and we just 20 minutes away from the busy Amalfi centre yet far enough to enjoy peace after long days of touring. Staff was amazing and the layout of the villa is stunning! My favorite part of our 4 country, 6 hotel honeymoon!

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The cleanliness was impeccable, and Carla, our host, was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. She went above and beyond by assisting me in arranging a car rental when I was having trouble. She also helped my friend, who had lost her luggage, get in touch with the airport. Carla was always there when we needed assistance, making our stay so enjoyable.

We were not told that we could order a good order, so first morning we ended up eating a sweet cake with a coffee. Next day the guy at the coffee shop made us a great omelette with tomatoes and cheese on the side, plus coffee and croissant. While walking to Amalfi we were told is 20 min walk, in reality we spent hour and half (slow walk).

Nice place in Scala right near Ravelo, we enjoyed jacuzzi and the view. I liked how they were organised with breakfast into another location and pool at a nearby hotel. We could even walk to the Amalfi by foot.

could have had provided separate beach towels as we didn’t have enough for showers and the pool. Didn’t realise the pool was in the hotel next door and due to our apartment being quite far away from the entrance we had to drive there.

Great location! Non-touristy with fantastic local restaurants. Carla was the most welcoming and accommodating host. Stayed in touch with us throughout our stay by offering recommendations when requested and going the extra mile to assure we had a pleasant stay. Will absolutely be staying again!
