Room key cards kept on not working, beach is not easy to find, swimming pool can maybe be heated in the slightly colder months. Lack of functioning plugs in the room.

Comfortable stay with great facilities, good breakfast, excellent location and polite and helpful staff, in particular kashif who was doing the cleaning and was very friendly. Pool is lovely as are the beaches surrounding and views over the sea.

No lifts. Our room was 3rd floor. Distance from the beach and marina and little vegetarian options in the restaurant

Not much to complain about. Facilities were a bit tired but beyond that everything was well run..

Staff was exceptionally friendly. Special mention to Ritaj at reception and Omar the manager. Mohammed and Hani running F&B outlets. Kashif in housekeeping and all the lifeguards who played with the kids. Good beach access, and very nice snorkeling. Good watersports selection.

Rooms cleaning could be MUCH improved!!! Although staff is nice so if you ask explicitly at the reception to clean better your room / what to clean better, they will do it. Other suggestion: at breakfast, the hotel could add at least an automatic machine for different kinds of coffee!! It’s not possible to get cappuccino or anything that is not black Nescafé unfortunately

Great pools, great staff (super welcoming, always smiling, available for emergencies at every hour, even at night!), super good price. Rooms are super quite and we had a free upgrade! The hotel is very close to the marina and the beach (and gives you free use of all the beach beds/umbrellas). The hotel was also undergoing renovation of the rooms (changing alla mattresses, bed sheets, painting etc) and it felt very good to sleep in a brand new bed!! (At least we didn’t have to worry about bed bugs ;))

The hotel shows signs of age and is in need of a refurbishment. The building itself, the pool area and the garders are perfect and clean. However you can see a lot of wear and tear on the doors, the windows, the floors etc. Not a problem for us as we knew this from reading the reviews. The bed, the room itself and the bathroom were clean and comfortable. Perfect for a 3 night stay.

The hotel location is great. It is part of a purpose built seaside village with a nice marina, good wifi, free sunloungers on the beach and a few nice restaurants around. All amenities like a supermarket, a pharmacy etc available at walking distance around the marina. The staff are all friendly and genuinely care for you. A special mention and thank you for our housekeeper Kashif! He checked in with us every day making sure all was good in the room and making sure we had enough water, coffee and tea. He really gave us a personalized houskeeping service!

Even though the room was generally good, it lacked a few things such as a minibar, even though I was told I would have one. Also it was not particularly clean. The shower head was broken.

The breakfast was nice, the room was good, and the balcony view was quite good. The location was very good and had access to tala bay and its facilities

The safe box stopped working twice. First it was repaired and the maintenance technician told me that it will be working fine from now on but it didn't. There was hot water on the cold water pipes. You needed to keep the water running for 5-10 minutes to cool down.

The staff was polite and did everything to help us. The hotel is located in a nice bay, clean and not so crowded. You can find small corals close to the beach. The food offer is not so varied but it was good.

The resort has lots of stairs, no elevator, and for disabled people,people who have trouble walking- it’s A bit hard. Also- not the most child-friendly hotel- from places to play to the food served in the hotel restaurant.

Reception was friendly, but understaffed, so there almost always was waiting involved when you had to go there.

Nice hotel, a bit getting into the age however. Location is a short walk from the beach. Also, I was very early and already able to check in, which was highly appreciated.

Alcohol prices here are expensive compared to those immediately outside the hotel. 7 JD for ~ 300 mL beer compared to the same price for a pint elsewhere

Nice location for tala bay (but far from Aqaba). Comparable to many similar hotels in Spain/Greece. Private beach and pool complex a few minutes walk away, along with a marina with bars/shops/boat trips

Most annoying "lifeguards" ever. We have been in a lot of pool in the world, we are also experts in spa culture, but we didn't meet such annoying lifeguards anywhere. Practically nothing was allowed in the water, they constantly whistled at everyone for everything, as if we were in a nursery school and couldn't judge what was dangerous, or disturbing to others and what wasn't. I don't think guests would find this excessive behavior relaxing... The pool opening hours were also funny, opens too late and they close really early, moreover, lifeguards 40-45 minutes before closing, look already disapprovingly, or even close parts.

Braakfast and cleanness was really good.
