The breakfast was not the biggest but it was okay. The room is not the biggest.

Located in the business area and very near to a metro station. You have in the near really all what you need for a good holiday. Overall i can recommend the hotel.

1. Outdated bathroom. 2. I was disappointed in the price we paid compared to another couple who stayed that same night who booked the same day of their stay.

I probably would have stayed more central like Shinjuku or shibuya looking back, but I did like the cafes around here. The room is small but that was expected, it’s a budget stay. One person max can stay in the room I stayed in and be mindful that you have to walk over your luggage. :)

Staff were super friendly, the bed was comfortable, bathtub is a nice plus. They also let me store my luggage during the check in and check out process.

The room was much smaller than expected and the bathroom just felt like a poor attempt at cleaning was made prior to our arrival. They hallways are kind of narrow so staff cleaning rooms in the morning make it kind of tight. There is no laundry, and the nearest one is a 10 minute walk to get to. There are 2 vending machines but the selection isn’t great, you’d be better off going to the conscience store around the block.

The staff were absolutely exceptional upon checking in and when helping us to figure out luggage forwarding. It’s only a 4 minute walk from the nearest station and that turned out to be sooo convenient.

The place was smaller than expected. But that's normal in Japan. It could be cleaner (hair left on bathroom shower walls, and some signs of mold on the shower curtain.

Location was great. Nice little local restaurants and close to train station. Customer service was good, and willing to help even with the language barrier.

The room was very small. The room needed a clean. Stains on the walls and we found a pair of underwear down the side of the bed.

It was in a great location and bed was comfortable. Staff were helpful.

There was no laundry available at the accommodation. Had to use a laundromat about 10mins away.

The location was great. The closest station has many Metro lines making it convenient to travel around the city. Close to super markets and many convenience stores.

I am very disappointed in the communication aspect the hotel has with customers. I had sent at least two messages to the hotel via booking.com to find out whether they accept Yamato transport delivery because we wanted to send our luggage from Osaka. Neither of those messages were replied to. We called the hotel one evening to ask as the messages hadn't been answered and the telephone rang and rang and rang with no answer. We decided to call the following morning to which the receptionist said he didn't speak English and so didn't understand the question even when I said 'Yamato transport'. Upon arrival at the hotel and looking through the drawers in our room, we discovered there was in fact delivery forms for luggage and package transport. We had four suitcases and two backpacks between my friend and I so transport with all of that was difficult. We were successful in sending luggage from Tokyo to Kyoto and Kyoto to Osaka and so I was very disappointed when the hotel weren't able to communicate with me on this issue. We wasn't going to send our luggage without knowing whether it would be accepted by the hotel as that is a risk of losing our luggage as some hotels do not have receptionists to accept them.

The bed was the best bed we encountered through our whole trip and we stayed in four different hotels during our stay in Japan.. Bathroom facilities brilliant. Great amenities.

Tiny room even by APA/Tokyo standards. Also my allergies flared up cause there must have been dust in the room.
