We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

IndiaExcellent and easily accessible location. It is just opposite to Rinku-town train station. The hotel provides free shuttle bus tot Kansai airport. The supermarket, Family mart is located in the same building in the second floor and is open 24 hours. Clean and well arranged rooms. The staff at the front desk are very helpful. Breakfast is available on payment basis.

IndonesiaThe staff not gave us the good solution or service. We booked the hotel with breakfast. But we couldnt get our b’fast because it started at 6.30am while the shuttle bus picked us at 6.20 am and i told him if he could manage our breakfast to take out so we could eat on the bus but he said no. We had kinda experience like this before n the other hotel staff can gave us take away breakfast. And so no compensassion also(no solution for this) . Maybe they will blame us why we booked with breakfast well we didnt know before their ready for breakfast on 6.30 (instead of 6 am) and we also didnt know the shuttle bus schedule. They must learn to give other solution for their customer to get customer’s satisfaction. Dont just stick with the rules. Try to learn the creative solution, how to satisfy customers. Not just yes or no answers
