Great location. The rooms are decent various artists, as well as the hotel being stuffed full of art. Staff were very lovely and accommodating. Bar excellent, especially if you get a window seat, and lovely food. Definitely try again

Amazing location. Staff helped us with finding transportation. Even allowed us to leave some of our luggage there for a few days. Enjoyed a free Tea ceremony and the breakfast at the restaurant and the view was top notch. I booked this hotel because it was on The Price is Right showcase and this hotel exceded my expectations. Excellent views of Tokyo from my window and from thr hotel lobby you can enjoy views of Tokyo tower. They also offer coffee and hot cocoa during normal hours for free.

It needs to be updated, carpet was in. As shape, Furniture needed some paint or renovation. Curtains were old and did not make the room dark enough .

This hotel exceeded my expectations. It is in a central location with access to train lines. Tsukiji Fish Market is in walking distance and a great opportunity to get breakfast. The hotel interior is elegantly designed with lots of artwork on display. As you walk into the lobby, you are greeted with a view of the city scape and Tokyo tower. It is simply astounding. Even if you don't get a room with view, views of the city is breathtaking and you can always enjoy Tokyo tower in the lobby. In a clear day you can also catch a glimpse of Mt. Fuji. There is also a wine/sake dispenser at the lobby you can use for a reasonable cost. The room is standard fare, clean and has all the amenities you need. I can't praise this place enough. Cost/performance ratio is very good. I will definitely think of staying here again next time I am in Tokyo.

Only negative - there is no gym, but I knew that when booking.

Room was pretty spacious compared to typical Tokyo hotel rooms. Very Clean. Staff was really pleasant. View outside the hotel room and in the lobby is exceptional. Great location - very close to ginza and walkable to restaurants and lively streets. Family mart on b2. Also very close to the fish market - about a 15 min walk.

The room felt old and haven’t been deep cleaned. The fabric hanging on the bed frame had stains. Other facilities and the bathroom were clean.

Property is located on the upper floors of the hotel with great views of the cityscape, Tokyo tower and Mt Fuji from afar of the skies are clear. Even more beautiful in the evening. The restaurant also served an excellent dinner! Staff were friendly and helpful.

Beautiful artwork everywhere. I loved the theme and vibe of the hotel, and it felt very upscale! We had drinks in the hotel bar overlooking the city and had a lovely breakfast (very few breakfast places open before 10 am or so - appreciate that the hotel had options). It seemed to be a favorite of American / English tourists (which we were as well). A great place to stay - we booked an artist room and it was stunning! Loved the colors. I was tempted to purchase some art (they display and sell it) but didn’t think it would fit in my carryon.
