food could be better, but overall still okay. perhaps more choice in the menu would be an improvement. Also, long waiting time (aprox one hour) to get the food.

location is possibly one of the best in kilifi. The facilities are a bit dated but clean and functional,. the staff makes everything possible to make you feel comfy and well attended.

Some staff need to learn to be more friendly. Meals options were limited. Maintenance of the property needs to improve.

The buffet was very samey every day and not always hot. The price of wine was expensive, especially when they put the price up 33% midway through our stay!

Beautiful location but not much around. The staff were brilliant, especially our barman Lebar.

Rooms were very dark. the ac worked well but the fan did not. Loose wires on bedside lamp. Whole place just looks like it needs a little tlc

The AC unit in our room was very temperamental; one minute, it blasted wonderfully ice-cold air, and the next, it was blowing hot air. The shower water had an off smell that would eventually go after letting it run for a bit. Found the bar stock a bit limited. The food menu could do with updating and improvement.

Breakfast was excellent and nutritious. All the staff were really friendly and eager to help. Really liked the beach bar; definitely the hotel's selling point, however very underutilized and understocked. Amazing beach! The location was quiet and peaceful. The calzone and Assorted Meat bites were a treat to eat.

Some of the food was a bit bland and on a couple of occasions the buffet ran out of selections for dinner.

The FOOD!. Very louzy food and the dinning service could improve a lot for all meals. The buffet really boaring and low quality. I asked for al la carte, but was told that it was not available. I will suggest to skip the buffet and only have a limited but tasteful and good quality al la carte menu. I like the place and within reach for a short vacation from Mombasa, but the restaurant and food quality will keep me away.

Location at the beach and a very nice and peaceful beach. Very nice and clean pool area. The rooms are very nice decorated, and spaciouse. The place is easy to access and a short drive form Mombasa. Very friendly staff.

The food wasn't that great. Breakfast buffet was bland with very few choices. I assume that it's an old hotel from the state of the common areas which could use a face lift.

The staff are very friendly. The beach bar has a great view. They give all guests a free 30 minute massage which was awesome. Clean and nice pool.

Nothing major - limited fish dishes on first day but this was due to the season when fishing affected by rains and cold weather .

Rooms too close to the breakfast area. Noisy from early morning with cooks setting up, then guests taking early breakfast. Ventilation a bit poor and AC was not working.

Location was excellent, wonderful beach and very nice deck. Wonderful pool for exercise. Front office team and staff generally cordial and friendly.

Although the hotel is generally amazing, it could do with some maintenance work. On our last night the geyser burst and had water flooding our room, there were a few other areas that could do with some attention.

The food was great. The location is right on the beach The views are great and theres a beach bar to help you unwind.
