We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

KyrgyzstanBasic breakfast for a five star hotel. If it is important spa and a swimming pool are from 90s’ but clean. Heater didn’t work upon arrival but I am sure that it was a local problem. Solved.

The location of hotel was great. The view from breakfast place on the 23rd floor was also great. The room was spacious and quiet. The reception was great, the staff always helpful!

NorwaySome choices at breakfast ran out too quickly. Some facilities in the pool shower spa were not working (the steam room for example was out of order the four days we were there) or finished. The bill for the Hotelbar could not be charged to the room.
The location is great. Breakfast was good. Had dinner in the restaurant and it was quite good. The pool was very nice, my son loved all three, the main pool the kiddy pool and the jacuzzi. The staff was very helpful.

GermanyDue to my great time there, I totally forgot a situation. I don't know if there are different ladies attending the restaurant in the afternoons, because the one in the morning is just amazing. But one day I wanted to go to the bar and I got confused in the 23 floor where is the restaurant. There is always someone receiving you (hostess). First of all, she doesn't speak English. second she swiped me with the sight guessing why I was there (very rude and impolite). Third, it seems like she was criticizing me with her colleague. I recommend you to invest in a course of customer service to your people (not everyone, cause as I said, you have magnificent people working with you). It is pretty sad, those days your are classified because of your clothes or your look. When actually, you can afford Hotels like yours. Please, take it on mind. And this one the only thing and I am sorry for not giving you a big score for staff and value, that is something I consider, I mean, staff is also a value to the hotel.
The building itself it is amazing!! the view was exceptional, and the location was great! I spent a really great time there. Thank you very much, and I hope I can visit Astana and staying again at the hotel very soon. the kindness of the 97% of your staff.

Nice hotel in a beautiful Chinese design in the city center. Good facilities, spacious and clean rooms. Most attractions are in 5 km radius from there. Nice pool and spa!

ThailandThe room was very warm and the bed was very hard. This is great for those preferring this style of mattress but it was quite uncomfortable for us. The attitude of the staff in the bar lounge on floor 25 was a little rude and dismissive - like they didn't really want you to be there.
The great views and the buildings decor inside and out. The bedroom size and facilities, including the large number of complimentary toiletries - perfect for any stay. The restaurant on the 23rd floor is great, especially for dinner when it is revolving but also lovely for a breakfast with a view!
