The water has an iron smell. No hairdryer. The stove is very old, it is impossible to heat anything. Lots of old furniture. There is no TV or Bluetooth speaker. There was a grill, but at one point it disappeared, probably not enough for all the guests. Air conditioners would be required on the second floor. No Wi-Fi. There was no coffee or tea on site either. I think the price is too high.

There is a large children's playground next to it. The house was clean, two showers. A cosmetic repair has been made.

A lot has been said about the rooms already (they are as small as advertised on booking) bur you also share a terrace with all the other rooms and people constantly walk by your window and terrace door. The shower head was barely working.

Within walking distance of the beach (15min). The lake is also very nice. The restaurant offers good food

As I said - the place is old and run down. We spent the night in a cottage which was meant for four people. Yes, you can surely fit 4 adults in there but please bare in mind you only have bed for two people downstairs. Other two places for sleeping are in the upper area of the cottage, there are no beds, only mattresses and to get there you have to climb really uncomfortable and rather dangerous ladder. Also the upper floor seems to be just plywood, so it looks and sounds flimsy. Really fun for kids, not so fun for people over 30. It also gets extremely hot during the night it is almost impossible to sleep and you really can't open windows because there are no mosquito nets on all windows. The kitchenette was rather poorly equipped, didn't have basic utensils for prepping and making food - no pan, no spatula, only one knife etc. Also, do not leave out any food items for more than 5 minutes - we had a terrible encounter with ants.

The location is really good, perfect stop for people who are driving by via Baltica. We couldn't really hear the passing cars but I believe it depends where your cottage is located exactly. Surroundings are amazing - you have the idyllic lake (swimmable, but muddy bottom) and on the other side of the road (short driving distance) beautiful sandy beach. Staff members were polite and nice, check in process was easy and fast. The breakfast buffee had a rather small selection of food but it was absolutely delicious. Coffee was great. Our cottage was clean, the bed sheets were clean. Bathroom was working, had hot water. We had clean towels. The bed was comfortable. You can park your car right by the cottage. The looks of this place are amazing from the outside and it has a potential to be an awesome resort, but it is a bit old and run down and needs refreshing.

I only stayed one night. I was passing through. the silence surprised me. you couldn't hear the car. beautiful view of the lake from the window. I heartily recommend it.

Ventilation in bathroom did not work AT ALL, so it was smelly and unpleasant. Soap bottle in the shower was empty. Double bed was quite small, same with the blanket (1 for 2 guests).

Wonderful lake, water activities, beautiful landscape. Big parking, nice building, territory is well looked after. Friendly staff.

Facilities came from nineteenth, such a TV kids even will Mix with microwave Owen. Definitely overpriced, old doors with keys, breakfast prepared in advance, no hot dishes included only sandwiche, some vegetables and boiled egg. I'd like to suggest them new sales model, back to history or welcome to soviet union.

We stayed in cottage, 4 person’s and all beds was just horrible! Bet springs was hurting our back so sleep wasn’t so good! Water from tabs was smelling bad!

There was a party under our room till 2 am with really loud music and we were not informed with that. We had a big trip and we really wanted to rest in a good place and that resting turned out very bad for us.

Shabby furniture and uncomfortable beds, shower and wc need urgent renovation. Sound proofing in the room is non existent, however, this may be the feature of a wooden building. Noise outside till late night.

Staff was very polite, both at the reception and restaurant, also the housekeeper did excellent job. Breakfast was good, dinner in the restaurant very tasty and worth the price. Great lake view from window.

A very nice place, the view is pleasant and the breakfast was good! We also liked to take the boat and go fishing.

If it is impossible for reception staff to provide fast check-in in, then probably they have to think about contactless options. 3 employees behind the reception desk and only one working very slowly and in non professional way. Big dissappointment
