There could have been more personal hygiene related stuff in the bathroom.

Staff and service were amazing. I want to thanks reception guys in general and the animation team - you all are great. Also own beach and people looking after that is a very good asset.

there was some construction going on next door which was very noisy in the morning but we were able to change room to the other side so was sorted quickly. decor is a bit dated could benefit from a refresh. spa was a bit pricey.

swimming pool, comfortable temperature and nice and big but not too deep for kids. good variety at breakfast, afternoon cakes a nice touch. good location right on the beach and promenade. glad we went with B&B option as lots of lovely restaurants nearby and excursions offering lovely food.

As with all hotels (at least the ones i have used) in Morocco the WiFi is poor-i would recommend getting a local Sim at the airport if you intend on needing it for work or heavy use (100DH for 10Gb) which saves a huge amount vs the roaming charge of about £8 with UK contracts. The gym is very basic with multiple broken equipment (maybe this was bad timing as they said it was planned to be fixed in a few days)

It’s five star hotel but no have internet. When i ask they said in some rooms we don’t have internet. I paid for executive room and they don’t have internet. First time i see a five star hotel and don’t have internet.

-Air con is non existent - shower switches from hot to cold. Never stays on one temp - The bread is never fresh during Breakfast - not being able to buy your own snacks/water. I was charged 30dh for a 1l bottle of water at the hotel whereas the shop opposite sold it for 6dh. I witnessed one of the managers shouting at a guest for bringing a bag full of drinking water back to the hotel. -WiFi in your room is awful. Can only access it in the open lobby area.

-Great location with a constant flow of taxis available. -Rooms are big and the staff were happy to accommodate a room change/extension to our stay. -Lovely amount of open spaces to sit around the hotel so you never feel cooped up in your room -mini club for kids to keep them entertained - private section for guests at the beach

NO WIFI in the rooms, NO WIFI by the pool. After many complaints, I got the favor to get access to the reception WIFI… The rooms are outdated. Need to pay for a day fee for the safe which is too small by the way.

The property is clean with wide spaces. Management is effective and reactive.

terrible customer service. they hang up on me 4x, when I asked to see if they have my bank card that I left in the room. when I complained about them hanging up they start speaking passive aggressive. in the beginning they just kept transferring me around. I speak French and English and a bit of Arabic so language might of been an issue but no reason to transfer me 5x

The WiFi was really bad - very poor to no network available in the rooms. There was no tea making facilities or tissues in the rooms. Was more like 3* hotel rooms and facilities . We had asked for rooms with twin beds which they had agreed to - however we did not all get.

The location was very good and staff were really friendly and helpful especially Azeeza and Aisha in the kitchen and Ali in the restaurant. The rooms were basic but clean. The food choice was great especially as we had booked all inclusive. Lot of taxis outside.

Additional extra costs No iron meant paying $2 per item to be ironed by staff. Had to pay a pool deposit and was given a single post it note as a placeholder which was lost after being thrown away during rook cleaning (maybe my fault for not securing) but they should have kept a better note at reception. Was stopped bringing food in the hotel even during hours where all restaurants within the hotel were closed. Wasn't initially given a balcony room (paid for) meaning I spent around an hour moving Within the hotel to a suitable room. Late night Hotel entertainment at the cocktail bar was a little "aged" but depends on what you're into...

Breakfast was great. Lost of variety and super tasty Good facilities, pool was big and had a great feel to it with the pool side bar etc Restaurants within the hotel had great options and the staff were very hospitable Rooms cleaned well everyday and were spotless. Rooms were very big too with modern and good sized bathrooms

There were 40 steps each way from the room to the pool/restuarant level with no lifts. The buffet restuarant choice seemed limited with only one evening in seven when one piece of cheese was offered. The price of the buffet was high at Euro 25 pp and also a small glass of wine Euro 5 a half bottle of wine Euro 10 to 18. So a buffet meal for two Euro 68. The hotel looked a bit tired in places and the wifi was unreliable. Booking.Com offered a taxi but didn't deliver so we asked the hotel to use their shuttle instead the hotel organised a taxi which cost us Euro 30 each way which seems expensive.

The pool was heated which was very welcome because it meant we could swim everyday. The day time air temperature was about 26c, overnight a chilly 20c, but it was April so quite good really. Always blue skies. The room was good the balcony was small but we had a sea view which was excellent. The bed was made and the towels changed each day. The "entertainers" Fab and Toto were very good and attentive. The entertainment in the bar was mainly a very good singer but also some simple but entertaining shows.
