The pool wasn't the most clean out there. The bathroom always smelled like food.

The staff and location were nice. The room was spacious and comfortable.

When we arrived the hygiene in the room wasn't that great. Stains drom drinks on the nightstand, mirror in the bathroom was dirty and there were little hairs in the shower.

Great location! 2 mins from the busy street with souvenir shops, bars and restaurants. Atmosphere of the hotel was really nice and loved the colourful walls!

No water refill options - all properties should be offering this imo Didn't bother us, but very loud on street during the night into the early hours of the morning - Music and shouting/talking loudly. Drainage smell from shower drain on occasion.

Really good size of room. Staff were lovely and helpful. Swimming pool area was very nice but could get crowded quite easily and for the entire day. Great location for clubs, bars and restaurants. Minutes from the beach also. 10 mins to the ADO bus station.

Very loud at night. Bed sheets kind of uncomfortable. Pool is nice but water is super cold and not directly in the sun light after noon. No mini refrigerator in the room. No breakfast but really good breakfast joint next door with good cheap food. Great for a solo traveler or low maintenance couple/family.

Wonderful location and value. Close to the ocean, 5th Avenue, bars and restaurants. The only negative is the night club next door is loud in the evening. Wonderful for a solo traveler. Clean rooms, cable TV with sports channels. Staff was friendly but not going out of their way to help you. Supermarket, Farmacy, close walk by. My room had a balcony with a nice view of 10th avenue great for people watching at night and a beer. I recommend walking down about 15 minutes and swimming at Playacar Beach.

The shower changes very drastically from hot or cold and was very hard to control. The bathroom was a but dirty with hair when we checked in.

The room was decent and was good value for money. The location was good and was quiet.

Our room did not have a refrigerator or cattle for hot water to make coffee (recommend bringing your own) . Were missing soma drawer or shelfs for clothes. There could be some more electric sockets and laundry drying stand. There were problem with cold water (might be problem in general in town?).

Location is perfect, next to 5 avenue, and night loud parties are not heard. Colourful small hotel. Would choose again, but there are possibilities for improvement.

The excessive noise during the night, there is a nearby club that contributed to the disturbance. The loud music and boisterous activities made it difficult to have a peaceful evening or get a good night's sleep.

We were impressed with the vibrant and colorful ambiance of the place. It added a lively touch to the surroundings and made for an enjoyable visit. Additionally, we were lucky that we had a parking space available. The location offered convenient access to various amenities, attractions, and transportation options. This aspect enhanced the overall experience and made it easy to explore the surrounding area.

Floor was dirty and very old towels. This hotel needs little bit renovation. There was no lock on the balcony door.

Location was perfect and pool area really nice. Beds were good as well.

Itwas very noisy when the nightclub along the street started up - until the early hours.

We liked the funky decoration / layout and the pool. it was on a road 2 back from the beach but worked well for our needs.

Room had a missing light fixture on ceiling.

Staff was welcoming and the room clean. Great location near public access to beach and other parts of town. Comfortable bed. Quiet but I had a first floor room that faced the courtyard so less likely to hear noise from street or nearby clubs.

The rooms are old fashioned but nicely decorated. If you are looking for quick stop in playa del carmen, this hotel is a good choice and good value for money!

The location is right next to fifth avenue and everything is in walking distance. The hotel has some car parking lots in front of the hotel. Ask the receptionist to park your car here. The pool is big and has a nice water temperature.
