Located in a small alley, hardly accessible by car, but only about 50m walk from main road. The room is a bit small and bare, however, I wasn't staying there anyway.

Good location. Walking distance to Ayala centre.  Close to many Jeepney routes. Super friendly staff. Even had amenities in bathroom, which I have found rare in the Philippines (for low cost places). Good AC. Good noise blocking windows. I have returned to this place three different times during my trip, which certainly proves my satisfaction! Dont get me wrong but the bed sheet since they are using sheet that ignite my static problem when its to much cold, but all in all they are clean and nice, it just like my static problem on specific sheets😂. and also it would be great if they have double lock inside makes me paranoid though its a safe place.

Everything was great

Amazing value! I was pleasantly surprised with this accommodation given the low price. The location is great and very walkable to many amenities including tons of great restaurants, a gym, mall, ATMs, convenience stores etc. The hotel is very modern and extremely clean, with comfortable beds. The room was relatively small but perfect for a short stay and the AC was excellent. There is a short walk of less than 100m from the Main Street to the hotel, which is located on a lovely and bustling side street. Highly recommend this accommodation for a great value- we’ll be returning on our next stop in Cebu!

- the wifi gets very slow in the evening when everybody’s on it. But if you have phone datas then you’ll be fine, good signal. - Poor isolation. You can hear your neighbors snoring 😄 bring earplugs and problem solved!

- There wasn't a water gun or bidet in the toilet - Only 1 trash bin which is inside the bathroom - The wifi was quite slow - There was no elevator, but luckily I got a room on the first floor

- The room was exceptionally clean - Daily room cleaning - The staff was friendly and helpful - Proper aircon - Bright and spacious room - A hot shower was available - Proper thick blanket was available (usually they just give us an extra sheet as a blanket in the Philippines)

Very nice in good location, first when u arrive the taxi can’t get to the hotel so they drop us on mane road so that was weird going thru little road where is all locals and look not very nice but then u come to the hotel and it was surprisedly nice , definitely recommend , it’s safe locals are friendly

Neither of these things reduced our stay enjoyment but could be important to others... Might have been nice to have a TV (for sleepless travellers) and for those with physical disability note there is no elevator access to upper floors so book with this in mind.

The hotel is nestled up a short back street. The walk out is a nice taste of Cebu life past a series of Sari-Sari stores with wonderfully friendly locals and is an easy walk to Ayala Centre and local eateries.

The only downside was kinda thin walls, so you could hear when there was someone in the corridor, but there wasn’t much noise going on and we slept like babies 😄

Room was clean and modern, great location close to city, the personnel was very kind. There were international electricity plugs (which seems to be pretty common in Philippines, but it’s worth a mention). Compared to other accomodations in Cebu, this was definitely the best one.

Fantastic hotel with very friendly staff. The immediate area is a bit dodgy but the hotel is a short walk from Ayala center and a 10 minute ride from the IT park. The hotel is very well maintained, everything looks still brand new. The room, the corridor, the staircase, everything is sparkling clean. Shampoo and liquid soap with a nice fragrance in the bathroom. Bed was a bit squeaky but comfy, I had to fold the pillow in half but that did the job for me. I was amazed by the quality of everything considering how little money we paid. I can’t recommend this place highly enough. If I’m ever back to Cebu I know where I’ll be staying. Thank you for keeping our luggages safe after checking out.
