We were surprised they kept part of the amount in advance and returned it two weeks after our weekend in Wroclaw. But finally, everything was correct.

We are pleased with the room. It was comfortable, cozy, and clean. I recommend it to everyone who wants to visit this beautiful city Wroclaw.

While booking it's mentioned that payment to be made at property on arrival, credit card details required to just secure the booking but they charge immediately upon booking. need to recheck it before booking.

The rest apartments are about a 15 minute walk to the town square which is very easy to reach. The staff are very nice and it is very clean.

There were two twin beds in the room and since I was staying with my boyfriend, it would have been much more comfortable to have had a queen size bed instead.

Walls are not thick, we heard our neighbors from both sides of our room. Sliding doors of a closet were almost impossible to open.

Good stay. The room was spacious and clean, with neat design. Kitchenette and small fridge were handy. And there were even pan and pot, cutlery and cups.

There is no airconditioning in the room, something that you need to consider if booking in the summer months, as can get very warm.

Extremely bad WiFi signal and mobile phone signal (Play/P4 network) in my room/apartment. Bad mobile reception is understandable, but WiFi should have much better coverage in the building, right now it vary from absolutely great in hotel restaurant on the ground floor to completely unusable/non-existent in the last room on fifth floor. I understand the idea of room key card used as electricity switch, hotel standard, totally makes sense for the lights, but not wall sockets that people use to charge their mobile devices. Why force me to be in the room to charge my laptop and stuff? I would rather be anywhere else, having dinner in hotel restaurant for example, except I can't leave - if I leave it will stop charging. So instead of going somewhere else I sit in a room, with lights on, with TV on to entertain me while my laptop battery is charging... Minor issue with TV being too small (or too far from bed where it's comfortable to watch it), unable to read subtitles unless sitting right in front of it on a chair, far less comfortable than bed.

To pay 30pln to park the car where there is not enough place To receive a voucher to have 1 cocktail free for 1 paid and can't use it because we spent more than 30 min to find a parking place (paid 30 pln) in the private parking, and when we finally parked, the bar was close 20 min ago (the bar closed at 22.00)

There was unflushed wee in my toilet, so I do not know if the bathroom was cleaned at all. Otherwise the place was clean and tidy.
