There was some street noise outside our location which obviously was outside the control of the host. Otherwise, everything was fantastic.

Everything with Carla was perfect! The apartment was super clean, there were plenty of breakfast supplies and a very good coffee maker. The rooms were spacious and the beds were high quality; my husband and I slept comfortably in he master bedroom which has it's own bathroom, the kids and my dad in other room and sofa bed, which was firm and nice as well. The condo has a nice swimming pool for the kids (and adults :-)) to enjoy, the beach is 100 meters away and there are many restaurants and shops at a walking distance. There's a private and protected parking spot as well. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to San Juan! Thank you, Carla!

Minor nitpick. The property is overall well maintained but the shower in one of the bathrooms without door had water spillage. There are lots of signs in the building w.r.t to not hosting short-term rentals.

The host was very kind and helpful. David came between 2 - 3 am and helped us get settled and gave us a tour of the property. When we needed anything hosts were prompt and available. We enjoyed the breakfast and location was very convenient and safe.

Nicely finished apartment with plenty of space for a family of five. Great location a block from the beach and with groceries and restaurants in walking distance. And the hosts were super helpful and gracious. Highly recommend!!

The one thing missing was laundry detergent.

Our host David was amazing and the apartment was great! Great location for our plans plus all the amenities we needed and more. It was extra special to have breakfast food stocked in the refrigerator! David was available immediately for any questions and was nice enough to recommend a nearby Argentinian restaurant - Buenos Aires - which was walkable and oh so yummy. He also gave us great recommendations for destinations and beaches to visit. Our only regret was not booking for more nights. Would definitely stay here again.

we were only provided one set of keys which was difficult at times, as you needed them to get in the gate and up the elevator. we had 5 in our group and split up at times and had to make sure to coordinate so we could all get back in.

beautiful condo in a great location - close to a nice beach, 10 minute drive from condado, and 20 minute drive from old san juan. hosts were kind enough to leave us food in the fridge for breakfast and some essentials like toiletries and laundry pods.

Only negative was that there were a lot of ants but that can always be a problem when you’re close to the ocean.

Our host was in contact with us and accommodated a late arrival as our flight was delayed. He showed us the place which was much more than we expected. The master bedroom was big, well illuminated and cool. The second bedroom was the right size for our needs. The apartment also has a large living room ideal to rest after a long day, a sitting area, a dining area and a kitchen that is stocked with useful items, food and treats! Our host told us we could use the other appliances if needed (washing machine, oven, stove, computer, etc.) and it was quite nice to have the option. We also had access to the onsite pool and a parking space inside the gated garage. The access is restricted to guests/tenants. You need a key to operate the elevator and the gate is controlled with a remote which the host provides along with the keys to the apartment. Check out was just as easy as check in. It definitely felt more like staying at a friend's house than a vacation rental. We are recommending this place left and right to everyone who asks us about our stay.

The place is wonderful, it’s like we borrowed a friends apartment and everything was set up for a great stay. The fridge was stocked with breakfast food, there were chargers next to the beds, fresh bath and beach towels ready to go, and amenities like a super comfortable mattress and premium sheets made all the difference! Security was excellent, with an on-site guard and a gate to get in and out of the property. Very tastefully decorated, very functional , smart, and super quiet made for a perfect visit, we definitely would stay again.

Our stay with Carla and David’s property was exceptional. Our flight was delayed and we ended up landing at 1am and didn’t make it to the property until 2am and they were kind enough to wait for us. They have thought of everything- from leaving us fresh fruit, milk, eggs, bread, butter, etc so we could have breakfast to having laundry detergent so we could do our laundry. They property is a 5 minute walk to the beach and many restaurants. They also made great recommendations for us places to visit and eat at. Next time we’re in San Juan, we’ll definitely be staying here again.

Everything! I loved everything! The apartment is very clean and comfortable. David and Carla were very accommodating and helpful! I don't think I have ever felt more at home. Also, it is in great proximity to the beach and local restaurants. There are 2 full bathrooms and bedrooms. The beds are extremely soft and comfortable. I loved how spacious the apartment is.

Minimal issues: No local television networks, only You Tube, Netflix, etc. A second set of keys would have been helpful since we were a family group at times going to different places.

The modern style apartment was very clean. Spacious accommodation. Fresh breakfast items such as milk, bread eggs, fruit, butter, etc were readily available. Gated community.. Friendly and helpful owner and security personnel. Walking distance to the beach, supermarket and bar b que / bar restaurant . The hospitality was great.

I loved how spacious the apartment was. It was super clean and fully stocked. I felt very safe with all the safety measures the building has. Its a quiet neighborhood and it was in a prime location. This condominium was right in the middle of everything in San juan, including the beautiful beach just a few steps away. The entire condo had central air and was quite comfortable. We had our own parking spot in a gated area & accessing the condo required a key in the elevator panel, so we felt absolutely safe there. The beds were like heaven, my mother even had me check the brand because she loved it so much. Our host, David, was wonderful! He contacted us via phone call before we arrived to verify how many we were so that he could purchase what we needed for breakfast. He answered every call and every text that we had quickly and was exceedingly kind and informative. We look forward to going back and hopefully staying in the same condo on our next visit.
