A laundry machine would have been helpful, but definitely not a make or break for the trip. We would stay again.

Susan was so kind and an awesome host. The space was extremely clean and had helpful items such as towels, beach chairs, sunscreen, and more! We rented a car so it was nice to have a driveway. The area felt safe, it is a gated community. We interacted with a few of the neighbors and they were all super kind and helpful with helping us find things to do. It is also a comfy apartment for a night in after a long day, the couch and bed were super comfortable. It is a gorgeous space in an ideal location.

It was in an amazing gated community very close to everything (specifically the airport was not even 10 minutes away). The host was so wonderful and attentive.

Bedroom was tight; bed only accessible at foot edge, not sides. No dresser for clothes, closet was small without adequate hangers. For a week stay, it was difficult to live out of the suitcases.

Excellent location, safe and convenient to restaurants and beaches. Large living room, nice kitchen and shower, wide-screen TV with many streaming services.

Really cute apartment in a gated community. The couch was SO comfortable and the bedroom space was really well utilized. Perfect for our short stay before we flew home.

We loved everything about the property.

Beautiful decor, excellent location, comfortable beds, great kitchen, although we didn’t need to use it. Susan was the best!! Checked in to make sure we had everything we needed and gave us good tips on where to eat and what to do — not to mention she is super super friendly! A wonderful host, we would stay there again. Thank you!!

Having closet space and possibly even a drawer or two would have made the stay perfect. That's the only thing I missed about a hotel stay.

Susan, our host, who lives upstairs was actually home when we arrived so she was able to direct us to the unit (we got turned around in the neighborhood) and she showed us exactly where we could park and handed the keys to us in person. The process was very easy, personal and efficient. The unit itself is adorable, tastefully decorated with lots of personal touches and much more spacious and comfortable than a hotel room would have been for two people staying a week. It was a business trip so reliable WiFi was a must and we had no problems during our stay but unfortunately we were disconnected on checkout day (versus at the 11am checkout) so I was unable to get essential work completed that morning which was a bit frustrating. Location is good, centrally located and it is a safe clean neighborhood. Everyone we encountered was very friendly. The nighttime wildlife sounds were a pleasant surprise. I loved the sound of the tropical birds in the evenings. Susan is awesome. She was always available but not intrusive at all. She is super friendly and helpful, giving us great restaurant recommendations and we appreciated the unit was very thoughtfully well stocked with beach gear, cooking utensils and spices, bathroom essentials, etc. Would definitely recommend for solo or couple travel.

I want to give a big thank you to Susan! Susan made us feel welcome and made sure we were able to find the apartment (we landed at 11 pm and after getting our rental car was on the way to the apartment at 12 am), she called to make sure we were OK and if we needed anything and that we made it safely. Google maps took us right where we needed to be. The apartment was perfect and stocked with just about anything you needed. It is located near Old San Juan, which was great for us. Definitely will stay here again on our next trip to visit family. Thank you again Susan you helped make our trip perfect!
