The only recommendation would be to replace the mattress for the sofa bed as the springs are making it a bit uncomfortable to sleep in.

The costumer service provided by the host was exceptional; in writing and in person (pre and post arrival). He met us in person to ensure we toured the facilities, parking area, beach access, etc.

The views were spectacular .Loved the easy access to the private beach. Wilfredo the host went above and beyond to make sure our stay went well. The location was excellent 5 min from the airport.

The pool was under construction, the bar never appeared to be open and every time we returned from sightseeing, there was always a car parked in our reserved parking space and no guest parking available. The main desk was helpful in getting our reserved parking space back. Also the hot water in the shower was extremely difficult to regulate.

Wilfredo was great to work with. Very informative and all instructions were communicated. However, the property needs to be renovated. The apartment is very small and the planes were very loud. Would not recommend for more than 2 people. There was a pull out sofa, but no separation, so everything is in one room. We had issues with the hot water in the shower. We either got scalded or froze there was no happy medium. No hot water in bathroom sink and no water pressure. Wilfredro sent a plumber right away, but the issue wasn’t fixed. There was black mold under the kitchen sink. Not enough power outlets. No amenities. We had a small coffee maker, small refrigerator and a 2 burner hot plate. We only had 4 towels for 2 people for a week. There was a bar in the lobby, but it was never open. We lost power on our last day for 2 hours. The generators did work the elevators but nothing in the apartment.

Right on the beach. Air conditioning was cold. Communications with Wilfredro was excellent.

No complaints here at all.

Very safe location, clean, spacious & comfortable. We were close to many walking options & could easily get an Uber. Wilfredo was super friendly & attentive to our needs, making sure we had everything we needed. I definitely recommend this rental & I am looking to return.
