I wish they provided a floor fan to help move the air from the bedroom, into the living room. The wonderful corner balcony did not have any chairs to sit out and watch the action.

The location was great. About a 15 minute leisure walk to the Old San Juan area. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. I could not have asked for better. The kitchen was equipped for cooking and dishwashing supplies were provided. The split unit barely keeps the living space cool. A floor fan would have been useful. The corner balcony was great, however; a couple of chairs to sit in would have made it much more enjoyable . Private secure parking was definitely a plus. I would definitely stay here again.

A bit noisy - a bunch of roosters trying to outdo each other early in the morning.

We had a nice balcony, but it was facing inward, so the view was on the walls of the other buildings and on the A/C motors, would be nice if the view was better.

We did not take breakfast; location is perfect - 15 min walk to Old San Juan and same distance to the beach. Close to a few nice restaurants.

Surroundings are a bit noisy but that’s part of the culture around, a lot of party and music, so not really an issue.

The air conditioners did a sufficient job to cool the bedrooms but unfortunately emit a buzz every minute or two. This buzzing noise was so loud we had to turn off the air conditioners in order to sleep. The air conditioners should be modified or replaced.

I would have like a coffee maker and microwave instead of a stove. And noisy after late hours on Thursday and Fridays good for Party people.

It wasn't a huge deal, but the music from the party around the corner could be a problem for some. Especially light sleepers.

It was next door to a house under construction on a somewhat busy road during the day.

Spacious apartment very modern for an old San Juan building the access keypad was great we didn’t have to carry a key or key card around, staff was extremely friendly and attentive to our needs. We liked that it had a full kitchen and big bedrooms with outdoor balconies. Definitely will stay again.

The neighborhood is transitioning into a modern artsy one. There are some buildings around in not a good shape, but I felt safe being around.

I wouldn’t say it something I didn’t like, but just a recommendation would be to add a coffee machine or at least a small one. Even though there was at the lobby you would have to walk all the way over there and than go back.

The staff was very kind and very attentive to anything if needed! The apartment was very comfortable and very nice! It had everything we need! just perfect!

The smoke detector started beeping for no reason in the afternoon of our second night. We called, they came to check but couldn’t do anything. It happened 3-4 times again until we got another room to stay for the night at 4am. It ruined the night’s sleep and the following day’s plan so we asked for a refund for the night. They agreed originally, but later blamed us for smoking in the room which was ridiculous. I got tired arguing with the manager so I accepted a half-night refund, but they could have done better. Also we told them the second day the shower was too hot, and they didn’t fix it until the last night.

The location is good, the nighttime staff is very friendly and helpful.

Our kids were sleeping in the living room which doesn’t have an AC. We had to run the bedroom AC on the coldest setting to help cool down their room a little, but it was too cold for us in the bedroom. It wasn’t a deal-breaker though.

Historical esthetics, cleanliness, great coffee at co-working space, friendly staff, comfortable beds, toiletries in refillable bottles! Great location, it’s close to Old San Juan and at the same time away from its crowded streets. Nice bakery nearby.
