Probably should have given the code to the lockbox prior to arrival so we did not have to call when getting there. The a.c in the living room was out and we were not notified until arriving and asked about it ourselves but, the host was responsive and offered fans. The power went out in our room for many hours due to construction across the street, not the host fault but still an inconvenience but, again the host was very responsive and offered to bring flashlights and portable phone charges.

Lockbox on the door easy to open. Getting through the gate was easy, need your vaccine card and i.d. to enter. Spacious. Clean. Led lights were so cool. Amazing view. One side the city the other the ocean. Host very responsive

The neighbors , you can’t make noise the security will call the police in the day time for music playing it was a girls trip we was only lol and next thing Uknow security is at the door because the one neighbor was calling up

Renter Beware I rented an apartment in Puerto Rico through Booking.com from Tantra Apartment LLC Corporation. A few days before my trip, I received a message from Tantra Apartment LLC Corporation stating that their credit card machine was down, and I needed to send the first deposit of $286.20 by Venmo, Cashapp, Apple Pay, Zelle, etc. I was skeptical but sent the payment through PayPal. When I arrived at the apartment, the hallway was hot, and I contacted the company for the door code. They asked for my final payment and noticed I had an extra person with me, wanting an extra $90. The booking stated it could accommodate up to 4 people, and I had 2 extra people with me. Inside the apartment, it was hot, and the rooms were uncomfortable. I contacted Maitie for help with the fans and television. She promised to return the next day to fix the fan in the larger bedroom but never did. In the smaller bedrooms, the television did not work and had a hole in the wall. In the larger bedroom, the fan did not work, the curtains were stained, and the bed frame was scratched up. The company did not provide enough toilet tissue, soap, washer detergent, or hand soap for my stay. There were stains on all the curtains in the living room and the large bedroom, and the artwork was not suitable for a vacation stay. In the kitchen, there was a big hole in the ceiling, rust on the refrigerator, and the freezer was unpleasant. There was only one shower, and it had a hole in the ceiling. The hallway door was damaged. On May 19, I needed extra towels and contacted Maitie, who said she couldn't send extras until the next day. The washer and dryer indicated not to wash towels. When Maitie brought towels on May 20, she only provided large towels and no washcloths, despite my request for regular towels. My son got bedbug bites while staying in the apartment. I contacted them but received a delayed response.

There wasn’t enough wash clothes and we had to wash them in the sink… the mattresses were very uncomfortable and I have a cruck in my neck …. Not enough toilet paper… no cleaning supplies avaliable on site
