I like that they kept it so clean and they had two pool I love that and the rooms were comfortable and not hot

Opening the door was difficult. The ‘fridge was not cool.

It was clean, quiet, and comfortable. It was also within a short walking distance of restaurants. We also appreciated being able to check in early for just $25.

I loved Everything. Thank you for the coffee and oatmeal available in the mornings in the entrance to the courtyard. We were grateful for it our 1st morning. The kitchenette in room 4 on our first stay and the full kitchen on our second stay in the two bedroom unit was great. Thank you.

The staff and Ashley in particular went above and beyond finding me a room with two bedrooms which has its own private verandah. Beautiful. The two walled courtyards and pools are a peaceful and serene place to relax and swim. It's walking distance to restaurants, and two blocks from the beach. Very safe. 10-15 minutes into Old San Juan by Uber. No need for a car. All the staff were kind and helpful! We stayed at the beginning of our trip before going to Rincon and it was so nice we decided to stay at the end too. I have recommended to family coming in June. We plan to return again! ! Thank you.

Location is perfect , walking distance to excellent restaurants in area , groceries and the beach . Rosalina is very clean and well taken care of , you won’t be disappointed , and the staff are very friendly .

Neighborhood looked a little rough, but property was safe-feeling. Not able to see out of windows as they were high, which made room seem smaller.

Neat, clean, modern, nice architecture. Bed and furniture were comfortable. Coffee in am was delicious! Pools were awesome, but no time to use them due to rain. Manager was very helpful when we came in at night. Close to beach!

Room was very clean and comfortable. Nice pools. Very friendly staff. Helped us secure transportation to our cruise ship.

We had a short 3 block walk to a restaurant for breakfast. That place was excellent. President Obama ate there. The food was very, very good. The locals love it. Wish the property had some vending machines. We arrived very late the night before and there was nothing to eat.

The staff were wonderful. Thank you!! Both the day and night staff were so helpful and responsive. The location is fantastic - 2 blocks from the beach - which is gorgeous, clean, not crowded, and safe with strong breezes and can have strong waves and some undertow so be careful. I loved it and my husband was able to body surf which he loved. I also loved the Rosalina Ocean Park two beautiful pools. So peaceful inside the two adjoining courtyards. I used the pools for doing water aerobics each morning and early evening which helped ease my chronic back pain after flying. We loved the sound of the waterfalls in the pools too - especially at night. ( Also, there is a Walgreens 2 blocks away to buy sunscreen and your water, snacks and drinks for the beach.) We loved the 2nd floor Queen Deluxe Studio! The only con for me personally was that the queen bed was on the soft side and made my back hurt; however, we had the couch pull- out bed and it was gooood and firmer than the regular queen which the latter is likely fine for most people. It was fine for my husband. The two burner kitchenette worked well for us. Many thanks to the staff. We are returning this trip for our last 3 days in San Juan. Highly recommend.

We were right by the morning coffee area. So could hear the other guests first thing, but we get up early anyway so that wasn’t major. The sink while beautiful was not very functional when washing my face as it was small.

The accommodations were very nice with elegant upgrades especially in the bathroom. They have done a wonderful job using the limited space that they are located on.

The streets smelled like garbage but still nice location

Loved the location; close to everything including the beach. The pools weee beautiful and so nice to come back to after long days.
