The bathroom plumbing situation, but I assume that is an inherent issue of many older homes with older plumbing in Puerto Rico especially since the hurricane that recently hit the island. I am just glad that the owner made me aware of the procedure for disposing of waste paper early enough in my stay so that I could adjust my mindset to the situation. Other than that, this property is more than satisfactory.

The apartment was very clean and conveniently located to the airport and many of the popular attractions of the area (Old San Juan, beaches, restaurants, The Rain Forest, etc.).

The TV didn't work too well as the connection wasn't that great. I didn't like that I couldn't flush the used toilet paper.

The place was clean and comfortable. You find everything needed at home. It is also spacious, enough space for 2 people.

IT WAS A COMFORTABLE STAY. HAD EVERYTHING WE NEEDED THE HOST WAS VERY ATTENTIVE. THE NEIGHBORHOOD WAS NICE AND QUITE. THE APARTMENT WAS VERY MOTERN AND VERY CLEAN. I WOULD DEF.STAY AGAIN.

Traffic!! Dangerous and very busy. Most drive at their right of way. Cars are banged up ALOT!

Water pressure in the shower was low

The apartment was great, clean and comfortable. Internet works well. AC is great too. Position is good if you have a car, it is just 10 minutes drive from San Juan.

It takes forever for the water to get warm and it has really low pressure, but I think that might be a Puerto Rico thing because the last time I was in Puerto Rico we had low water pressure too. So give yourself an extra few minutes for showering. Don't think you can do it in a rush.

Clean. Perfect comfortable. Slept really well and what a great location. It's super close to tons of cool things to do.

The parking was an issue and somewhat limited, and a bit bumpy. I would suggest to have assigned parking. Other than that, it was a great experience.

Everything was great, the ability to check in and out via text made it very flexible especially with my flight having a delay and making my arrival time past the recommended check in time. Staff was very helpful, nice, and friendly.

There aren't any complaints about the place. The water pressure was a bit low for what I was used to or preferred, but it wasn't a big issue.

The place is ideal for a couple. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. We had a personal parking space for our vehicle. It also included an ironing board with the clothes iron and a hair blower. The kitchen area and bathroom were clean. The owner responded fast to our needs and questions. The place is located close to a supermarket and bakery, which is great for any emergency or needs. In our case, all of the places we planned on visiting were approximately 15 minutes away, which was perfect. I would recommend this place for any couple. I would surely stay again.
