This is not a romantic, beautiful hotel, it's basic but for the price it is good.

This is a very basic hotel but it has the key things like clean room, sheets and towels and hot shower in clean bathroom. The reception is 24 hours and helpful. For a functional place to stay when i got locked out of my house and didn't want to spend lots of money, it was great.

My only complaint is that the bathroom is quite small but it gets the job done! I’m 5’5” and 135lbs, wish i had more wiggle room in the shower. But for the price it’s unbeatable

The room is central to everything! Couldn’t ask for a better location. I took the metro from the airport and it was about 35 mins in total. Getting to the water is a 10-15 min walk. Next to a lot of restaurants and historical sites. Everything is walking distance OR easily accessible.

Lots of stairs to walk up, no elevator.

Nothing that would stop us from booking this very nice hotel again. But since it’s such a central location, you have to count with the streets around being busy and a bit noisy, but the level of noise we could hear from the streets was acceptable and it wasn’t an issue falling asleep.

Perfect location, right in the center, many landmarks, restaurants and bars around. Underground station as well as the busses are few meters away. The hotel was very nice too. Clean and nice rooms, smelled good. The bathroom was a bit tiny, but we didn’t mind.

The shower was small, but overall, the bathroom was clean and ok.

The location is perfect, very close to transport and right in the center of the city. Our room was clean and comfortable. Cleaning was made every day, we had new towels everyday. You have to leave the key at the reception, but that was not a problem because someone is there 24/7. The receptionist was very kind. At this price for a room in the center, I really can't complain about anything.

The musty smell and the tiny shower... but it was fine in the end.

Read the other reviews. They are fairly accurate. I was traveling solo unexpectedly and luckily found a room at this hotel for my last night of the trip. I was looking for a comfortable safe hotel that I could get to the airport easily in the morning. I was coming from the bus station after spending a few days in the Algarve area. My uber driver found it easily and when you arrive you might be questioning why you picked this location (but it's actually an amazing area). I had to carry my luggage up to the second floor to check in and then to the next floor for my room. It wasn't an issue for me but be aware if you have lots of luggage. I read the reviews before booking the room and some people talked about the man at the registration desk. I found him direct and helpful. The room was clean and had a lovely view of the street. The bathroom was tiny and the room smelled musty. I aired it out a little and left to explore the area. I found lots of lovely restuarants and places to shop. The fancy expensive stores like Gucci were super close but also these lovely little green spaces where you can get a drink or coffee and listen to music. I ended the night at a cute wine bar where I sat outside and they fed me french fries (only steps from the hotel). The musty smell wasn't as strong at night (maybe all the wine I consumed dulled it... I was in bed by 10 pm and up by 5am to get to the airport). The room I had was not a room I'd chose for a romantic trip with my husband. But the view and location were great. I loved their big windows. I'd book again. For picky travelers who aren't adventurous, go somewhere else where they will pamper you.

Abit rough on the edges.

It is was it says. Overnight safe peaceful stay as you journey forward. No frills no fuss. Don't plan to chill in the room during the day, it's literally a sleep and go place.

The staff was extremely friendly and personable. I had a bit of bad luck with my room neigbhour, who snored extremely loudly. (The walls are normal thick but the snoring was out of this world.) I was allowed to look at two more rooms, because you could still hear a bit of snoring in the second room. I was actually already happy, but the employee wanted to make sure that I really had peace and quiet and showed me a third room! The third room was even bigger than what I had booked and I didn't have to pay anything extra. Extremely helpful!! :-) I will come back! Obrigada!

The room was very small but it is fine for a short stay. If you are 6 foot or taller, it is impossible to sleep on the tiny bed

It would be nicer if they have a kettle in the room and a blow-dry. Apart from that everything is alright.

The location is very central. Walkable to nearly all city highlights . The receptionist are very friendly and helpful 🙂🙂
