As people mentioned, the breakfast costs extra (15 euros each), but the staff clearly explain this when you check in and this didn't bother us at all. We just chose to eat our breakfast in the great cafés near by the hotel instead.

We found the rooms a really good size and the beds and pillows were super comfortable. We were on the 4th floor & couldn't hear the traffic at all which was great for us. The hotel itself was really clean and the staff were so kind and helpful. The location is also really good and close to the metro station. The hotel also have a good range of toiletries available and we were so relieved they had spare toothbrushes as we realised we had forgotten ours!

The hotel bar was not open during our stay due to staff shortage. This was disappointing as availability of a bar was one of the reasons we chose the hotel. Hot breakfast buffet was very limited and not kept adequately hot.

The location suited our needs. Parking close by and we walked around the city. Staff were exceptionally informative and supplied a map. We would use hotel again as was good value and comfortable.

We booked a room with no breakfast. Breakfast was 15 Euros. So we just found a nearby cafe, one near the metro stop. It's half the price.

It's the same as any hotel room you can find the world over, but it's a clean, comfortable room with a good, comfortable bed. Everything worked, aircon, fridge, kettle, safe. Friendly helpful staff. It's everything you need. The location is great too, turn left out of the front door and before long you reach cafes, restaurants, shops and a metro stop. Actually, we would recommend using the Saldanha stop on the metro red line in preference to Alameda as it will save you walking up a steep hill.

I feel like the prices are very high, but maybe I am just not used to staying in hotels in Lisbon (when I travel alone I stay in hostels). For a 4 star hotel I would have expected maybe a coffee machine in the room, that was really our only complaint.

I think the price of this hotel is mainly to do with the location, it is perfect for activities close to the Technico. It is a good hotel, everything is satisfactory. The front staff are exceptional, all the staff are very friendly.

The only difficulty was the narrow parking which would be difficult for inexperienced drivers or very big cars.

The hotel was nice, overall we don't have any negative comments, but also no super positive feedback. The service, room, and cleanliness were appropriate. I would stay there again.

Guests must pay 50 euros extra at check-in as a guarantee. The money is supposed to be returned some days later after check-out. Furthermore, the shower did not hang properly.

The room was not very well organized (basically the table touches the bed, so there is no way to properly sit down and work). The furniture, especially the windows are not very well maintained (i.e., screws are not fixed properly, etc.). The coffee machine is fancy but does not deliver a very good coffee. Wi-Fi is poor in connection.

The bed was comfortable enough, and the bathroom was of the right size for a 4-star hotel. Breakfast is good on the sweets, a bit less on the salty ones. The cleaning staff is awesome.
