There was nothing we did not like about the hotel.

The hotel was everything we could have wanted and more. The rooms were spacious (more spacious than some photos suggest) and very comfortable. The bathrooms were clean and modern and good quality towels were provided and replaced during our stay. The beds were extremely comfortable and bed linen was top quality. We really enjoyed our rooms being cleaned daily. Ricky was exceptional. He was so attentive, friendly, welcoming and his communication with us prior to and during our stay was top tier. We were a large group of 16 ladies with lots of needs which were all answered quickly by Ricky and his team. The location of the hotel was great, everything is in walkable distance and there are fantastic restaurants very close by.

Our room was located next to the flue of the kitchen underneath and there was noise till about 23:00 when it was turned off.

Great welcome, offered drink and pastries. Excellent breakfast. Beautiful room.

There was nothing to dislike about the property.

From the moment we entered Alibi by YoursPorto we were made to feel extremely at home. The best welcome we have ever experienced. We arrived very early but Ricky spent time chatting and explaining about Alibi, it’s sister hotel and the area itself. We appreciated all the advice, recommendations and help received throughout our stay. The room was larger than we thought it would be and spotlessly clean. The hotel pool at their sister hotel, whilst only being small, was a welcome sanctuary away from the busy city. Again, we were made to feel extremely welcome by the staff. Towels provided, water and other drinks should we wish. We ate twice at the Alibi restaurant and were not disappointed. Typical Portuguese food was served to an exceptional standard. The staff, again were brilliant - Antonio (restaurant manager) and Ella were both very professional, friendly and informative about the menu and drinks - lovely cosy atmosphere in the restaurant. The wine bar at the front of the hotel was wonderful for a night cap. Bruno was very knowledgeable about the wines and ports and we enjoyed finding more out about the local wines/ports. You could also order food from the restaurant to eat at a table in the wine bar. All in all, as you may have guessed, we were very lucky to have found this amazing ‘boutique hotel’ - much better than any of the big hotels in the area.

We had the top 3rd floor room, wonderfully quiet, high ceiling, spacious room and bath. Lovely light coming through the window and view of the city. DIdn’t hear a thing all night even though there is a restaurant on the ground level. Great bed. We were greeted and given a detailed orientation to the city, great eating suggestions and touring tips. Couldn’t have been happier.

The bathroom in A5 could use a table or additional counter space next to the sink, where the former bidet used to be. The sink counter is too small for travel toiletries.

Good location. Extremely hard working and helpful staff who really went above and beyond to help with check-in/check-out, in-house food/drinks, along with restaurant , sights, neighborhood suggestions.

The location was perfect to explore the city. It has an amazing wine bar with excellent selections. The restaurant menu is extensive and creative. Ricky was very welcoming and helpful throughout the entire stay. Beautiful views of Porto and Gaia from the roof terraces and a nice place to enjoy a glass of wine in the evening.

There was no elevator and quite some stairs. There was an air ventilation/extraction system on the roof - for the kitchen of the restaurant downstairs - which made quite an annoying noise until midnight.

Highly recommended! The location is perfect, walking distance to many beautiful places. Ricardo gave us the best insight in terms of food, sightseeing, Porto caves and getting around the city! The room was spacious, comfortable, clean and beautiful, we would happily be back.

WIFI would be a great addition to the facilities

Room was everything I needed. Comfortable, clean, quiet and functional. Location was excellent, near to Old Town shops, bars and restaurants. Site manager was a great help, even gave myself and 2 friends an unexpected "what is where in Porto" seminar. Tips on Port Wine places, food places and how to get around.

They were waiting for me when I checked in, brought me a welcome drink, addressed me by my name and made it super personal, gave me excellent options on what to see. The view from my room was absolutely perfect!

It was a little cold in the room. AC was too weak. well, it is not a con, but the bath next to the bed was original and a bit strange for my.

The sofa is not comfortable to sleep on. The room is great for 2 persons, but not for 4, otherwise 2 persons will have to sleep on uncomfortable sofa. The pillows are different, some of them are too big and too stiff, they cause neck pain in the morning.

Amazing room in the very heart of Porto! Wr had a cozy room with a small balcony and a perfect view! Thera are many cafes and restaurants around, the entrance to the hotel is also through the bar and a restaurant, perfect place! Ricardo Filipe serves perfect breakfasts in Alibi restaurant, book it a day before!
