Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United KingdomRang a few times for certain things however there was times where I felt I got ignored by staff for example asking for tissue roll due to maybe me being to nice.
I liked the great view and how most things were done when asked for. Roomed was cleaned when asked and was apologised sincerely when forgot too

Me and my partner had an amazing stay beginning to the end the staff were extremely professional. Precision to detail excelled our expectations we can’t thank the team enough they were extremely prompt with any requests even past regular working hours, they once came to fix a small issue we had with the tv past 10pm ! I can’t wait to book a stay with them again. Amazing location easy for delivery, the valet gentlemen were always on time, the view from our apart was at the centre of vendome mall also.

Saudi ArabiaI hate the room service how they kept us until 4pm tell we check in and the room service manager “ she was a woman “ I am not sure if she is the manager or an Assistant but she just apologized without any compensation, also the moment we entered the room we asked for a tissues she just gave us two (you should consider that we asked because there wasn’t enough at the room not an extra), so what have they been doing from 12pm until 4pm ?
The reception staff especially “Raesah and Zahra” I would come back to the hotel just because of them they were helpful and cheerful they even apologized to us and gave us a discount for the spa and a free breakfast even though it wasn’t their problem, also the view from the balcony was incredible
