Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

SwitzerlandFood was lacking in variety. 1. only two Restaurant Persian and Lebanese. The other ones are not really for dinning. 2. Maincourse in a liwan were not 5 Star Standard. Desert and Appatizer have been good. I would recommend to make 3 restaurant and concentrate on the style. Serving (bad) Pizza and Sushi in a Lebanese Restaurant is not the right way. Make different style and concentrate on the conzept and make it high class.

RussiaLocation of the hotel was perfect for a two-day stopover in Qatar. 10 minutes from airport and nearby two great museums. We enjoyed the pool area and the beach in the morning, when it's not so hot and crowded. Our villa was very quiet. It was nice to see many birds outside. Personnel of the hotel and restaurants were very helpful. We arrived around 12 and got an early check in for free, which was very pleasant.

Sharq village resort is the best resort in doha , good cleaning and decoration and good service , perfect customer service we had a birthday they give us a good room and they make for us amenities cake and fruits and sweets with flowers something unique , you can’t found it to everywhere ,special Thanks to all management who teach there staff to be kind and to have an exceptional service , thank you to receptionist who did check in for us I believe his name Cristophe and also Imane on the receptionist also Alane who assist us to carry our luggages and kawtar on restaurant and the guy who give us welcome drinks dates and milk also the guys on the reception special thanks to the Moroccan guys who try to help me to find my lost gold Nickless but I did not found it 😢, thanks to the restaurant’s and all the outlets on the resort sorry I didn’t remember all of your names but all of you you are so kind and so good.

Czech RepublicOne guy at the reception and a blonde woman working at the front desk of the dinner tent, both Russian-speaking, did not meet the expected Ritz standard. They were unfriendly, displayed a poor attitude, and lacked professionalism. However, the rest of the staff was exemplary.
The hotel is perfect; we had a wonderful time with our young child. The room was comfortable, and the staff was very attentive, especially with our child. We opted for a half-board package, and there were plenty of options to choose from for dinner in the iftar tent. We will definitely return.

We really enjoyed our stay at Sharq. The staff were kind, helpful and courteous, the food was delicious- especially the iftar set up in the Ramadan tent. The gym was very well equipped and always a massive plus when a hotel had a stair master 👌🏻👌🏻 I have 4 very well travelled kids who usually refuse to attend the kids club- however they really enjoyed their time here and a special mention & thanks to Ciana who put on some great activities for the kids in the time that we were there.

Very nice resort, separate 2 storey villas. Very private, very quiet, very green. Huge room with a terrace, impeccable room service. The front desk were very helpful, allowed us an early check-in, and a late checkout. Very tasty food, great choice. Lots of sunbeds near pools and at a private beach. Beds are so comfortable.

AustraliaFrom arrival to departure we felt like royalty! The staff were so incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They even sent a cake and balloons to the room for my sons birthday. The room was beautiful and very big, just the lead in room. The hotel itself is exactly what you’d expect from a 5 star Ritz Carlton property, the pool was stunning and the facilities were great, something for everyone. Lovely location on the beach! A great place to holiday and relax, not just stopover.
