    “The location is perfect very close to Pisa lining tower and train station Pisa S. Rossore. Take care that don't book the train tickets from Pisa central, it's 30 min walk to the hotel. Remember to use Pisa S. Rossore as the departure or destination, because this train station is only 8 min walk from the hotel.”

    “I was in Florence for three nights and I had a jam packed agenda of things to do. This hotel was the perfect base to comfortably get everything done. The staff at the Hotel were super helpful. I did have an issue with my room one night. When I raised it the next day they immediately offered a different room for me with no questions asked. This was really great. The location was amazing. Palazzo Medici Riccard is across the street, Palazzo Lorenzo is a three minute walk. The Dumo was a 5 minute walk and Piazza della Signoria was 10 minute walk away. You could not ask for a better location to the sights.”

    “Favourite part of this hotel was the spa, it is small but you get it to yourself as a chance to sit down and relax. The room was super comfortable with everything you could need for a stay in Florence. Also very short walk to the train station and also the main centre of Florence without being in a crazy busy area. My girlfriend ended up leaving her passport in the safe and only realised when we were in Rome and the staff were super helpful collecting it, and keeping it safe until we got back.”

    “Very close to the railway station, and thus convenient if using Pisa as a base for day-trips to towns such as Lucca and Livorno. The room was spacious and cleaned daily. It had a fridge and air-conditioning.”

    “The hotel is a street away from the beach. The breakfast was on the terrace which had an excellent view. Ask at the hotel for recommendation on what beach to rent the reclining chairs to get the reduction.”

    “The room was a lot bigger than expected if outdated. The bathroom was newer and everything was very clean. It was a very easy close walk from the train station, which was good as I arrived late. The breakfast buffet was amazing and had a very good variety.”

    “Location is incredible. It's about a four minute walk to the "square of miracles". Also lots of really nice restaurants just outside the front door. The staff were super super helpful. In advance of my visit I messaged them a couple of times on the booking app. Their response was immediate, warm and helpful. My flight was quite late arriving and I was worried would I be able to check in so late. They immediately responded saying no problem and when I arrived they greeted me by name. My room was huge given the location of the hotel. The hotel itself was super clean.”
