Building is degrading more and more every year. While they clean it, mold has started to set in and sanitary ojects are rusty, faulty drainings etc.

Sheets were dirty. Coffee stains on the wall. Bathroom ceiling had some black spots which resembled mold. Shower pressure was strange. It would cycle between very cold with high pressure and very hot with low pressure at 5 second intervals, so showering was not ideal. Must have been an issue with higher up floors ( we stayed at the 12 floor and i guess there was a problem with the heating unit/water pump?) Breakfast was ok but pretty limited.

The location was very good. Right next to the beach and a good restaurant (Rasarit de Soare). They had a small store at ground floor which was perfect if you needed water/snacks/essentials. More expensive than a normal store but very convenient.

The room floor was not cleaned properly, the bathroom sink faucet not working properly as well, rather small room, pricy restaurant, average breakfast, not enough parking space. Long distance to restaurants and main entertainment activities-not an issue if you are child free :) The personel could be more polite. Overall, a nice stay.

Close to the beach, quiet area, playground for the kids a great plus, nice restaurant. It’s a 3+ services hotel.

Breakfast includes very salty feta cheese or similar, sausages, cremwurst, salami, ham etc.

There was no tooth brush and paste and no shaving kit. Even for the guests of hotels one must pay for the beach chairs. The view from my room showed an empty dirty swimming pool. There was not even a mini fitness center in the hotel.

Breakfast was basic but plentiful, food was constantly supplemented. Omelet was very tasty. Sausages good quality. The beach was clean and well organized and the hotel was right across from the beach. Bathroom had a generous supply of soap and lotion, shower had hot water. The hotel was very close to bus M100 connecting Mamaia to the rail station Gara, for only 2.5 Ron and running every 5 min.

The room could have been a bit cleaner (we found small shards of glass on the floor, near the bed). The 3 elevators were quite slow and could not really manage 14 floors at once, but at least they were all operational. Parking reservation is not possible and it can be challenging to find a spot nearby (a bit of an inconvenience if you have a hungry kid with you)

The location is great. Facilities were ok as well. Polite and helpful staff and good breakfast. Beach is nearby and you have a good variety of restaurants and shops close by.

Message for the Techincal Manager: Please sir, pay lots of attention and solve the situation for the water pipes and isolation underneath the sinks as the water it was dripping on my feet any time while washing my hands... and that was every time last years that I was staying in Riviera hotel.. and also an isolation rubber needed on the bottom of the shower door as the wather comes out into the bath while showering and it is not pleasat at all...

Great Manager, dealing with all situations no matter if during her working hours or her free time. Care about customers needs and making everyone feeling welcome and confortable! Thank you! We will return with pleasure next season!

- breakfast variety and dishware can (and should) be improved - while the food quality is good, the cereal "buffet" options are limited to the very basics, the tea choice is limited to a single type (not even the classic breakfast tea), there is no honey, there are no teaspoons or regular cups

+ convenient location - by the beachfront, close to Mamaia central area + spacious and clean room, in good condition

The restaurant was closed already - seems the season ended. Need to better manage the parking area.

Went to this hotel without too high expectations. Can tell you that the room we had (double VIP with balcony) exceed our expectations - is more like 4*. Very good matress. Smart choice of furniture and colors. Beautiful view over the beach & sea. Clean and comfortable. Good bathroom. Fair breakfast.

The bed sheets were dirty, the pillows very bad quality - we left with a lot of back pains, headache. The sink in the bathroom was not cleaned.

One thing, though, The door to the balcony (a large balcony with a really nice view of the beach) does not fold. It is either completely open, or closed, which can be a hazard when you have a small child and/or a dog and they can freely walk into the balcony if not under continuous supervision. I would have feel safer with hinges on the door, that can leave it only partially open, also because that was the only way to air the room.

Nice size of the room, properly accessorized and furnished. The bathroom is small, but modern. Great play space for the kids on the ground floor, both inside and outside. Large restaurant and rich breakfast, with many options (including traditional food, pastry, cereal, fruit and more. Food and beach accessories store inside the hotel is a bonus.

I would suggest kettle and Nescafé and tea 🍵 in the room would be much appreciated.

Location is really good ,close to the beach ,the view is beautiful straight on the sea . Fantastic hotel for the kids .Soft play area and also playground.

Balconies in the upper levels can be dangerous if u have children or lets say clients are not feeling well .

The hotel is very clean and has a great location. Staff was friendly and helpful.
