Very nice location, very quiet and large parking. The room are very nice, large and clean. Very nice and helpful people. Breakfast was ok.

Rooms a bit outdated. The shower was facing the bathroom door, therefore a part of the door was always wet and falling apart a little. The bathroom door was very hard to open/close. The reception was informed, but nothing was done during our stay. All in all, small stuff. Not a deal breaker.

The staff at the reception are very friendly and helpful (except the men, which could sometimes not be bothered to even greet), and the ladies at the morning buffet are extremely pleasant and customer oriented, especially the one who has cats at home 😉. The hotel is in really good shape overall and I highly recommend it. Close to the city centre, great breakfast and welcoming staff.

There were countless aspects that I thoroughly enjoyed during my stay, making it difficult to narrow them down! First and foremost, I must express my utmost appreciation for the entire hotel staff. Each member left a lasting impression on me, but I would like to extend a special mention to Atlanta, a young lady brimming with enthusiasm, who provided invaluable assistance throughout my stay. Monika, another remarkable individual, exuded warmth and friendliness towards me, making my experience even more delightful. Additionally, I cannot forget to mention Mariana, the breakfast attendant, whose interactions with locals, despite my limited Romanian language skills, conveyed her genuine passion for her job through her tone of voice and body language. The location of the hotel was truly exceptional, tucked away just a few hundred meters from the bustling main street. This allowed for a peaceful and serene atmosphere, providing a welcome escape from the scorching heat. The room itself was incredibly comfortable, offering a much-needed respite. The tranquility and quietness of the surroundings were a true luxury, ensuring a restful stay. Overall, my experience at the hotel was nothing short of exceptional, thanks to the outstanding staff, ideal location, and comfortable accommodations.

Overall ok. Rooms are huge and equipped with all what is necessary. Private parking available. Breakfast very varied and good. The lady at breakfast is very very nice.

Nothing serious. We had slight issues with parking, but it was probably because they were just repairing the entrance to underground parking, so I do not believe it is an issue. ACs in the room were not super efficient, which was noticeable in 35° heat, but I cannot blame them and they did make the room at least tolerable and lowered the temperature to good 26°.

The suite we had and the bathroom were very large andpleasantly furnished. Bed was comfortable and big. Everything was clean. The breakfast didn't have a huge selection, but it had absolutely everything one might like and need and all of it was delicious. Lady overseeing the breakfast and bringing coffee was super nice, attentive and fast. The price is not exactly low, but it was worth it and it does not feel overpriced, the hotel IS very pleasant and nice.

The hotel is located near to the center, in a quiet area. The rooms are clean, nice, modern, comfy and very big. The breakfast is amazing and the staff is kind, polite and helpful. The quality/price level is high.
