We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

GreeceIt is not my first stay, I am choosing to stay at Simfonia every time I'm in town. Big room with comfortable bed, good amenities and super clean. The breakfast(even if is with extra cost) is served on the roof terrace, has a variety of foods and I really liked the quietness and views enjoying my coffee in the morning. I definitely recommend it.

BelgiumGood location, exceptional room, very stylish. We stayed in an apartment decorated in a Japanese style, which we absolutely loved. The room was very clean and the facilities were great. The hotel is in a very quiet area, yet very close to the city center. Disclaimer: we stayed in what is probably the most expensive room available at this hotel, but I imagine that the other (normal) rooms have the same high quality and artistic style.

CanadaThere was no fan/ventilation in the bathroom. No mosquito screen at the windows. The elevator did not go to the top level, you should take the stairs and it was a bit dark on the hallways.
Room was spacious, clean and stylish. The restaurant had a patio on the top floor with a beautiful view of the city panorama, hills and even mountains. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
