A little noisy - sound insulation is average. The staff can be quiet - in particular, the cleaning lady spoke loudly in the hallway on the phone, not paying attention to the people in the rooms.

Uncomfortable beds, dated, brown and smelly water in the hottub, all rooms in need of repair or upgrade. Webside photos are misleading for what you pay for. No upgrade options as all rooms are identical. There was a used raiser left in the shower, no available towels on Sunday!

Waking distance around Poiana Brasov. Parking in front of the hotel with good breakfast options.

Value for money is questionable but then again everything in Poiana Brasov is. Quite strange that at the reception the price per night was nearly double that paid through Booking (not that I complain). The shower in the bathroom was showing signs of rustiness and then the walls were quite thin (heard a lady complain at the reception about the rowdiness of fellow hotel dwellers in the adjacent rooms).

Close to the slopes, parking right close to the hotel. Really comfortable beds. Sauna was nice even if suitable only for two people.

The only downside was the slightly small bathroom that needed some maintenance.

The location is great and it offers free parking and spa facilities. Room was very clean. The breakfast was very good, offering a diverse selection of food. The staff was very friendly.

I would have liked a more diversified breakfast. It would be nice to have rules for the spa as we waited almost an hour to enter the jacuzzi.

the water in the pool was not warm enough (winter season); the apartment costs more than 2 double rooms, even if in the apartment one of the beds is a sofa, so not as comfortable as a bed

Bar is in the restaurant so not convenient for a quiet drink. Overall excellent.

Great hotel and service. Standout powerful shower. Breakfast is a standard european buffet. Lunch and dinner from the menu. Excellent quality dishes in the afternoon and evening.

The parking slots are occupied by the hotel staff, leaving no option but to park at prohibited places or hundreds metered away, paying an extra fees. The swimming pool area requires cosmetic renovation. Since our family could not join us in full scope as it was initially planned, the hotel management demonstrated inflexibility in refunding the coasts despite the fact that a due notice was given.

Convenient location for a skiing. Well heated rooms. An enjoyable food in restaurant provided by caring staff was a good addition.

pool was clean as seen in the pictures bartender speaks English and was very polite room has shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion. Breakfast is good enough. places are clean overall. many restaurant within 5min walking distance.

Only espresso or lungo for breakfast, no small spoons, milk in plastic cups, none black tea. Not that I am really like posh, but kitchen staff going from kitchen to make themselves a coffee, while I wait next to them seems a bit odd and I haven't experienced it anywhere before, maybe I am just too hard We were the only foreign tourists I guess, only locals there, everything was thereforea bit lauder - people, kids, music (laud dance music for breakfast really not cool) The picture of the pool area must be like million years old, it is smelly, rotten and really not inviting to relax there.

The staff wasn’t very welcoming, they didnt care much about the resting hours. They were shouting down the halls and outside also. Entire family including a baby couldn’t rest during day because of that.

The location and the view were great, lots of parking space also and the food was great. Generous breakfast and spacey rooms.
