Rating: 5 stars I recently had the pleasure of staying at Bor Hotel by Karisma, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The hotel boasts a modern, elegant design with immaculate, spacious, and comfortable rooms. The staff were amiable and attentive, always going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The amenities were top-notch, with a well-equipped gym, a serene spa, and a beautiful pool area that provided a perfect spot for relaxation. The breakfast was excellent, offering a variety of delicious options to start the day off right. The hotel's location is ideal, offering stunning views and convenient access to local attractions. I particularly appreciated the peaceful ambiance and the attention to detail in every aspect of the hotel. Overall, Bor Hotel by Karisma exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay.

Everything was perfect! The hotel is brand new and has everything you need for a perfect relaxation trip. The food is excellent; you always have freshly squeezed fruit juices for breakfast, which is rare in breakfast offerings. You can also choose a slightly different breakfast menu free of charge. The room is spacious, the bed is perfect, and the cleaning service comes to your room every day. You can also request a change of sheets whenever you like. The spa is also great. In addition to the Finnish sauna, they also have a bio sauna, which is perfect for those who don't like saunas too warm. They also offer different detox waters you can enjoy during your stay at the pool and sauna. There is also indoor parking available. The service is so professional, and everything they offer is at the highest level.

Absolutely amazing hotel! I was surprised with high quality level provided by the BOR hotel. This includes everything from overall experience to the small details of room design. Me and my kids enjoyed the pool and saunas. The restaurant was also exceptionally good. I had one of the best salmon steaks in my life. We are definitely coming back!

The only thing we did mind is that even though there is a pool area created specifically for children, the main spa pool always had loud kids around shouting, jumping and splashing. We were later informed that the quiet time is between 8h and 10h, but since it is a spa and the goal is relaxation, I think that quiet time should be all day. Or it should be clear that the pool is a more family centric place.

There is no question that this is the best hotel on Zlatibor and probably in Serbia. The staff, rooms, spa and restaurants are all on a much higher level than any other places in the area and are really creating a standard. The amenities are great and they thought of everything. The hotel interior is fantastic and the food was amazing in both restaurants. We didn’t find many reasons to leave the hotel. The continental breakfast had beautiful pastries and cakes in addition to savory options with traditional foods as well. Just a relaxing and beautiful experience altogether. The only place to stay on Zlatibor.

Staying at Hotel Bor was an absolute delight. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm welcome and impeccable service. There are a few things I would like to point out: -after check out at 12 o clock the guests are not able to use the spa anymore -at the spa you can't order the coffee - the steam room doesn't make the steam the way it should be -If you come by car at this hotel there is no sign where is the reception so basically you need to go to the garage where the bellboy is waiting for you to help you with the luggage and to get you to the reception - for the room service you need to dial 100 -there is no ATM machine at the hotel

Hotel Bor by Karisma is a brand new hotel located in a beautiful area not far away from the city centar of Zlatibor mountain. First of all I would like to point out that all the employees in this hotel are amazing and really kind. At the check in we were offered with the glass or champagne. We arrived at the hotel at 1 pm and the room was ready so they let us check in earlier which was really convenient for us. The superior room we got was spacious and well equipped. The shower worked perfectly with enough hot water. The heating in the room but also in the whole hotel was exceptional. The hotel area is very clean. The most thing I liked about this hotel was the breakfast and the spa. The breakfast offered an extensive variety of options with freshly squeezed juices and the option to get a la cart eggs with truffles or avocado toast the way you like it. The spa area is amazing. There is a huge swimming pool with the water which was warm enough for swimming and relaxing. It's equipped with 3 different kind of saunas and one steam room. In the spa area you can't order the food but you can order some drinks and wine. I would like to praise the general manager Dragan S. for being very kind and always being around guests making sure that everything is fine. Jovana Z. a reservation agent was extremely kind and professional as well.

Everything! The hotel looks amazing, with a lot of attention to details, and it’s on a great location. Service is amazing, the hotel staff very polite, and they really make your stay at the hotel even more amazing. SPA is beautiful, and I love that they have quiet hours in the morning for us who enjoy a morning swim. I saw that they have a separate pool for kids with animation with is great! Food is 10/10, loved the breakfast! The highlight was the Asian food at the rooftop, wow! Of course, not to mention, that the rooms are also 10/10, spacious, king-size bed, and they have everything you need. We had an amazing view from our terrace. This time we only stayed for one night, but we will definitely come back soon!

the spa complex has four types of sauna, three of them did not work properly, it was very cold in there (60 degrees in a dry sauna). i informed the reception about that, next day nothing changed

First in the description no where did it say that the kids club/ indoor playground was still under construction and also the gym, this was very misleading and I would have probably not booked this hotel knowing that. A little unfair, however they have 2 wonderful ladies that play in the pool with the kids, face paint and colour in with the children in the lobby (not ideal place, but worked ok) Secondly there is no children’s menu at the lobby restaurant and breakfast could do with my kids options… also breakfast buffet should have tags what’s what, you literally have to open every heavy lid on the pots to see what’s in it… minor but I found it annoying

Beautiful new hotel, modern & clean. You can still smell the new furniture in the rooms. Staff were all amazing, definitely 5 star service, great food dinner and breakfast for adults was great. Location was ok, bit slippery walking down hill to the town centre during winter. Kids pool was great!!!
