The rooms we were given initially were not good at all but after complaining they did change our rooms to better ones. Shuttle service not as efficient as expected.

Good value for money. Compared to the hotels closer to the Haram Sharief this was value for money.

The reception was good, with the exception of Mr. Bassam or Bassem, whose name I did not remember exactly The rooms are good, the room service is good and fast, and the room service workers are good and fast At the time of suspicion, it was supposed to be 4 p.m. I arrived at the hotel at five or after five, and I was told that there was only one room suitable for my reservation and that the rest of the rooms on the remaining floors were still being cleaned. This is very strange and unacceptable, especially for a family coming from travel and arriving after the check-in time. In more than an hour What if we came at two or three in the afternoon?! The food at breakfast is not up to par with a 4-star hotel, especially stale food that is reheated and served the next day to guests, such as potatoes, and also a very limited menu at the breakfast buffet, with poor quality of cheese and juices, with no coffee machine, and being satisfied only with Nescafe tickets and tea, which when I take a cup of tea. I found the water in the heater was not boiling. This is what I remember in general, and thank you for your interest in the guests’ opinions.

The coffee machine in the room was not working. Coffee-mate, sugar, and tea bags were not adequate. The bathroom was small.

The beds were comfortable. The lighting was proper. Windows were big and properly covered with curtains, so its up to you, how to use them. They provided iron with its stand, which is not common in many hotels. They provided car parking as well.

Air Condition temperature is fixed which is very very cold...Even if we try to reduce the temperature through thermostat its not actually effecting the temperature...

Location of the Hotel is great...there is a shuttle service from the hotel which is exceptional in terms of picking and dropping the passengers and also its just 5 mins away from Haram...it drops near Salam Gate.... Hotel Ambience is good...Parking facility is there..

Bus service is not qualified to serve the hotel guests. I was there first of may. There was only One bus most of time with one driver ! Dirty bus, long time to catch the bus and of-course not enough seats. On my second day after Eshaa’ prayer, i waited the bus at Haram side for about 30 minutes with no result! When i get back to Elaf with another hotel bus i asked the security about the bus he said “the bus is on the gas station”

Location was not easily findable. Other than that everything was excellent.

Excellent hotel. Value for money. Recommended for families. Parking easy to find in the front and back of the hotel. Location is little difficult since the Google map drive you crazy due to the closure of one road. So put shar e rahma and then put the hotel name to reach the inner connecting road. 15 SR to haram for taxi to reach Gate No 1 Abdulaziz gate. If you ride in govt bus, they will drop you near the bus station which you need to walk for about 10 min and difficult to walk if u have small kids and hot weather. I took taxi and easy to reach haram in 5 min. Hotel receptionist was friendly and allowed late check-in and check out depends upon the availability of the rooms which is customer focused.
