Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Saudi ArabiaHard to reach the hotel. From taxi to hotel lobby we don’t know how to get there. Luckily the bellman from Swiss Al-Maqam Hotel sent us to the elevators to the hotel. Whwn we check out, Hotel Bellman very helpful brought us to the place to get a taxi. We appreciate it.

The personnel at the hotel consistently exemplified exceptional hospitality and assistance. The Iftar meal was not only delectable but also offered a considerable variety of options. The hotel was conveniently accessible, and the journey to the Haram was uncomplicated. The accommodation provided was not only spacious and immaculate but also ensured utmost comfort. IndiaWashroom was not designed properly and there was some problem with the drainage.
Very near to haram. Staff were very supportive. I would like to mention one of the receptionist Ms Ghaidaa for her behavior and support. Also the staff in the Atyaf restaurant were very supportive. My wife forgot her purse during breakfast which was kept very carefully and returned to us. Overall i like most of the things in the hotel but the best thing among them was the staff.

The location of the hotel could not be any better. The room was spacious and I was completely satisfied with the cleanness of the room. Totally satisfied with the breakfast they have lots of varieties to choose from.

Breakfast should have more continental / international options, which were limited. The hotel residents do not have the facility of using normal taxis or other private rent a car, you have to use hotels designated rent a car, which is expensive for short trips.
