Hotel’s management needs to speak to authorities about this issue and find a solution. The hotel rooms & Bathroom are old and need to be updated & renovation. This hotel is in our favorite location for Umrah: Safwah Tower. Nice location with short walking distance, very suitable for youngster and small kids. We arrive early. Thanks to very welcoming reception staff, we were able to check in early. Room space is standard but comfortable to accommodate 4 beds. Sufficient Amenities. Breakfast menu is good. WIFI is excellent..

The staff was fantastic! The location is a stone throw away from Haram. If proximity to Haram is what you're looking for, you'll get it here.They also have a masjid in the hotel that is like praying in the Haram. We got an early check-in when we arrived without a fuss, and we really appreciated it. The reception staff was exceptional. The check-in process was fast and easy. It was a pleasant stay and great value for money.
