Children can only stay in the pool for 3 hours from 9 am?!!! The pool itself was very interesting, i mean on the roof with spectacular view. Unfortunately, due to these strange rules, we did not use the swimming pool, spa or sauna, because we were traveling with children... who goes to the sauna in the morning at 9:00....???

The room with a view of the park was great, clean and well-kept. Bathroom - the fittings are not the most modern, but the cosmetics are amazing. The breakfast was rather standard, like in a 4* hotel, but there is one thing worth noting - a large selection of muesli, grains, etc. The coffee is not very good, but if you ask for an espresso at the bar, it was ok.

Location was perfect. View from Deluxe room was very nice facing the a huge public lawn and street outside. Breakfast menu is ELABORATE and worth it. Very nice staff at the reception too.

The cleaning service in the room was really bad! Unbelievable dirty table we received, unemptied trash can, urine stains on the floor next to the toilet and condition replaced the hand lotion. So many horrible within the room at such 4 stars hotel.

breakfast is wonderful and the staffs are very warm and nice! They are so helpful and very professional with what they do! All of them in reception and concierge service impressed us!

It’s a bit bizarre for setting the coffee bar near the entrance of the toilet instead of next to the refrigerator. If there are some choices of Asian food like rice and noodles will be great for the Asians like us.

The location is just within a few minutes of walking distance from the train station and most of the sights as well. The room is spacious for 3, clean and comfortable. The breakfast is delicious and sufficient of choices. All the staff are nice and helpful.

There are plenty of lifts but at peak times it can be hard to get in if you're on a middle floor. To access the pool as a hotel guest remains expensive despite the discount, however using it midweek in the winter, we found it beautifully quiet and still spent over 2 hours there so felt we had value for money. I'm surprised there isn't a separate concierge at this hotel - it would be have been helpful for luggage storage/access, guest queries, etc. This would have helped the long queues for reception which are particularly bad at check in/check out times - and meant people were constantly queue jumping/interrupting. It did seem to take an extensive time for anyone to check in and I'm not sure why.

The breakfast is extensive and amazing and really well managed by the team. If you're staying for a few days there are so many options to vary each day. The hotel is really well situated for the main station, or for walking to a number of attractions. Our family room was a fabulous size with tea/coffee making, mini fridge, high quality products, and broadly quiet (aside from slight noise when someone was in the adjacent room). The rooftop outdoor pool is stunning and the spa itself extremely clean with a giant sauce, albeit the outlook from the pool isn't the most attractive. The staff were unfailingly pleasant and welcoming in all areas of the hotel.

Your breakfast is still boring. You check all the boxes, which means you have everything, but it's boring. Why not have an egg stand where someone makes eggs anyway you want? So many good examples of that around at other hotels.

Location. It was close to everything I did, and close to the train station.

The room felt like someone had turned the cleaning cupboard into an extra room, squashed in between the elevator and the corridors with the proper rooms. Terrible view, couldn’t have the blinds open as it felt like you’re on a screen for others to watch. Not at all a nice room for a weekend get away. Very cold.

The bathroom was a bit outdated, but had both shower and tub, so overall ok. The breakfast tends to be a bit crowded.

Really good breakfast in a nice hotel. The staff is helpful and professional, the check-in process smooth and the room is stylish and I really liked the Rituals toiletries.
