Overall this hotel has valeu for money, really good price for a room with sauna included dinner and breakfast.

My recent dining experience at Hotel PlanetStaden left me thoroughly satisfied. The dinner was nice and it had vegeterian option too. Breakfast was good too it has enough to choose.

The range of choice for evening meal could have been better.

A very modern hotel, superb 2 bedroom apartment with kitchenette and washing machine, which wasn’t expected. Lovely and quiet and great breakfast selection every morning. Fantastic location, easily accessible from dual carriageway, yet only 5 mins walk into town. Very regular bus service into Lund from right outside the hotel.

The big room felt very loud due to long hall and hard surfaces everywhere. Even when kids slept in other end, we could hardly talk or watch tv as the sound traveled so well. They have central vacuuming system and access lid to it in the room. When it was on, there was a hissing/whistling sound for the lid. Should not happen. Had to pay for parking.

Big room. Good beds. Plenty of space. Nice with dinner included in stay price. Good breakfast. EV charger on parking lot.

Maybe this is a cultural thing but I think some service could be more proactive. People behind the registration desk ignore you unless you explicitly draw their attention. They are also more interesting in chatting among each other instead of keeping an eye on their lobby to keep it in a good condition. I had to search for a place to sit without dirty glasses nearly every time I bought a drink in the lobby. There was plenty of staff available but it seems as if they were waiting from someone else to come and pick up the empty glasses and tidy up the lobby. Service in the restaurant area was impeccable though. People work hard, everything was spotless and the food stations were constantly being replenished.

Rooms are large and clean. Bathroom is well-equipped and very clean too. The hotel is located slightly away from the busier parts of Lund. Hence it's very quiet at night. I used e-scooters to move around and there is an parking with enough scooters 50m away from the hotel. Breakfast was ok-ish (not lavish) in selection but very good in quality (eggs, cheeses, jam, yoghurt). Plenty of coffee as much as you can drink. What's nice is that they serve dinner every day as if you were at home: dinner is served (i.e. 1 menu; take it or leave it). I eat everything so I liked it. Quality was very high.

The room didn't have any information folder nor was there any information screen on the tv, so getting to terms with how the stay works was slightly hindred. The security for reaching the gym includes a separate nfc device when the room keycard should be enough (but it is a good way to have separate gym and hotel guests). Breakfast could use better selection of pastries, keep the food served warm better (meatballs for breakfast were cold an hour after opening service). More allergy friendly dinner alternatives would also be good. Parking should have a better system and not require a 3rd party registration and should be handled from reception.

Exceptional room with sauna. Missing a ladle, but usable. Breakfast was a little scarce and served in the "food court", same with the included dinner. Food selection is poor with a mix of scandinavian "home cooking" and some essentials. The staff was more than accomodating with supplying an alternative to the fish served due to my allergy. The quality of the food was excellent though. Spa and gym on premises were well stocked and all good. The parking solution is less thought through but after some initial "setting up", the stay is great.

It is unfortunately not quite located in central Lund however a short ride away.

It was inexpensive and we were even given complimentary breakfast and dinner, I had a fabulous time during my stay in Lund and this place exceeded expectations, the sauna in the room was very pleasant too.

Wifi speed was not good and the location of the toilet in the shower room is quite peculiar, making it difficult to keep the commode seat dry during showers. The hotel is outside city centre but there are several bus stops nearby

The buffet dinner was ok but not up to the standard of a 4 star hotel.

Lovely apartment, perfect for a family with 2 children. Very good gym.

Cleaning could have been better. In winter people bring in muck despite their best efforts, and that started to accummulate.

The complimentary dinner was excellent. The bathroom and the room itself was spacious. Breakfast was generous, lots of options.

So many nice options for breakfast and dinner. Lots of comonroom space and we had a really nice room with awsome space, shower and bed:) We loved the new gym, sauna and rooftop café/comonroom. Awsome staff!

We had prior to our arrival informed that a glutenfree diet was required for one of us which was forgotten about for the second evening meal. A friendly member of your staff was able to source some breakfast meat to have instead. The microwave in the room was not functioning, which we did not highlight to staff as it was not s big issue
