Breakfast was good but I wish it had some more vegan options and that they weren't so hidden. Also some more allergenic markings on the cookies, pastries etc. so I'd know what's vegan and what's not, would've been great :)

The room was comfortable and very nicely styled, great curtains and cute shower. The breakfast patio is cosy and nice. The staff was great and there's also a luggage room to store the luggage before / after checkout.

The breakfast buffet was yummy! And for a solo traveler, the space was sufficient and the location was fantastic. It was close to the metro station and near many stores and restaurants. Would higly recommend.

I must ask for the room cleaning, but for me was ok, because I was out all day, so my room was not too much messy.

The breakfast was amazing, The location of the hotel is fantastic, because it is close to everything. My room was perfect for me, because I needed it for rest, I walked around city center all day and had many things to visit close to the hotel.

The beds for us were way too soft, and the mattresses were extremely thin. We asked for 1 large bed and got 3 single beds in the room as there was a mix-up with our booking that the staff gracefully sorted out for us.

Friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast-selection. Close proximity to many attractions, such as Gamla Stan with Nobel Prize Museum, Royal Palace, Parliament buildings, City Hall, etc. There are many restaurants on the same street, 1 or so blocks away from the hotel. Great service and system for early luggage drop.

There is a kettle in the room but if you want to have tea you will need to take your own as there is non provided. Not really a negative but worth noting. There is a foodhall opposite to the hotel frontage and delivery vehicles do make early morning visits. Fortunately the windows are triple glazed, again this is just as a heads up for others.

Really nice hotel in a central location so easy walking distance to all the main attractions. Central rail station is just a short walk away. Everything in the room was of high quality and in very good condition. Breakfasts were first class with a wide range of food available. Staff were excellent, friendly and efficient. We had a problem with our bill which we only realised when we got home but an email to them was answered promptly and the issue resolved satisfactorily. Happy to recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Stockholm.

I had a double bed but somehow I had 2 single duvets? So in my sleep I had to be conscious about remaining under the duvet which wasn’t great. The mattress and pillows were comfortable so my sleep wasn’t too badly affected

I can't really think of anything specific to improve. If anything, it would be great to be able to know how much people are in the breakfast area at the moment. It was very crowded and with some additional info, maybe the traffic could be evened out a bit.

Clean and well-run hotel with a central location. Super convenient guest experience and a great breakfast. I particularly liked the location and access to busses and the subway.

The view on the shopping street is great, but the public security cameras are in the view of some rooms.

Great location and breakfast, the sauna facilities are very nice. Personel was welcoming and nice. The sauna in the gym is turned on based on the request. They offered late check out, which was great. The double shades in the room blocked out the early morning light nicely.

The room was a little cramped for the 3 of us. With large size luggage, moving space was limited.

The location was perfect. Walkable to a lot of attractions, eateries and train / bus station. Breakfast was decent. Not too many options but perfect to start the day. Clean rooms.

Naturally, a bit noisy due to central location, but wasn't the end of the world. If you want it to be silent, book a place in the countryside 🤷🏻‍♂️

Location is great, very central. Room was basic but then I didn't request anything fancy. Bed was pretty narrow even for a single, but everything else was fine. Had a decent shower, TV and coffee facilities. Great that there was a gym too.

It didn't seem possible to turn the heat down at night, and the room temperature was too warm for good sleeping. Also, in the middle of one night (out of the four I was there), there was some street noise (frequent low booming sounds) that continued for an hour or two — possibly trash collectors, but I don't know.

The hotel is very central, particularly in terms of being close to several major transportation hubs. The single room was very clean, warm, and just right in terms of size and amenities for one. The breakfasts were unexpectedly nice, with many great options for all diets. I appreciated the friendly, professional staff.
