Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United StatesSome of the rooms required to walk some distance from the elevators. Guests are prevented to remain in the atrium after breakfast is closed.
Checking in was done relatively easy, while the room was small it provided all the necessary amenities. The atrium where breakfast takes place is an impressive courtyard with enough skylight. Impressive however was the choice of breakfast ranging from cereal, to scrambled eggs and different kind of breads.

The room was comfortable and very nicely styled, great curtains and cute shower. The breakfast patio is cosy and nice. The staff was great and there's also a luggage room to store the luggage before / after checkout.

South AfricaThe beds for us were way too soft, and the mattresses were extremely thin. We asked for 1 large bed and got 3 single beds in the room as there was a mix-up with our booking that the staff gracefully sorted out for us.
Friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast-selection. Close proximity to many attractions, such as Gamla Stan with Nobel Prize Museum, Royal Palace, Parliament buildings, City Hall, etc. There are many restaurants on the same street, 1 or so blocks away from the hotel. Great service and system for early luggage drop.

United KingdomThere is a kettle in the room but if you want to have tea you will need to take your own as there is non provided. Not really a negative but worth noting. There is a foodhall opposite to the hotel frontage and delivery vehicles do make early morning visits. Fortunately the windows are triple glazed, again this is just as a heads up for others.
Really nice hotel in a central location so easy walking distance to all the main attractions. Central rail station is just a short walk away. Everything in the room was of high quality and in very good condition. Breakfasts were first class with a wide range of food available. Staff were excellent, friendly and efficient. We had a problem with our bill which we only realised when we got home but an email to them was answered promptly and the issue resolved satisfactorily. Happy to recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Stockholm.
