I got a room without windows. I never had before, but for my short stay, it was just OK.

The location of the hotel is very near to MRT station and bus station

Lack of a conveniece store nearby. A vending machine would actually be cool hehe

Muslim traveller with 2 kids above 12. Excellent set up despite it being a shoplot hotel. 100m to bus stop. 500m to Bendemeer MRT. There are a couple of cafes opposite the hotel and saw some bars nearby too. Had a great stay!

The room was small. The shower was strange having a sheet to cover the splashing however this didn’t really work.

The location was good, near metro stations with a walk.

There some mold that visible in the room and I got no window room, not bad but a sunlight person just dont like it

The light to the balcony was spoilt and 1 of the patio chairs was broken . Upon check in , the staff did not inform me of this

The room was very small and windowless. I was really surprised that the shower cubicle was small too. On the whole, howewr, it's was clean and the staff very friendly.

Breakfast Menu if too much limited. Every day same menu same food. Need more variation on breakfast.

Breakfast is good and Healthy but everyday same menu again and again need to improve the variation of breakfast menu. Location is good.

I wasn't aware when we first stayed there that the switch for hot water needs to be on to have hot water. This would have been good to know. The room was a little smaller than expected, but otherwise very nice and clean :)

Staff were very friendly, and room service was really good also. Location was excellent, plenty of close options for food and transport. The three closest stations of Bendemeer, Lavender, and Farrer park can basically take you anywhere in Singapore that you need to go.

1) on day 2 of my stay, I pressed "make room" button and went to have my lunch around 11.30am. when back to my room, not done yet. I asked front desk. was told that day few rooms check out. cleaner came to make room at 3.45pm. waiting time too long. 2) white blanket is dirty. got a few obvious stains on it.

front desk personnel is polite. first day when I found that water is flooding near sink area and toilet bowl, I feedback to hotel manager Mr Leonard. and I went to have my lunch. when back to hotel, he told me he checked and found that leaking is from the bidet beside toilet bowl. he turn off the bidet. however water still leak and flooded the areas again in minutes. floor is very slippery, I almost trip. towel is totally soaked. he told me can only repair when low period.

Outlets are not universal. The front desk told us there was no available adaptors; just a couple of hours later, with another front desk person, we were able to get the adaptors.

Location was very convenient. It was near the bus stop and MRT and there were a lot of eating places around.
