Swimming pool very crowded, need to go down to 1st floor in order to get to the rooftop

The fact I had to leave!

Every single aspect of my stay was exquisite. The staff go above and beyond at all times to make you feel looked after and welcome. I wish I could have stayed for a few weeks! Geneson also went above and beyond to help me which was lovely. If you get the chance to stay here, you mustn’t pass it up. It’s a truly amazing experience.

I loved it!! From the minute you arrive you receive excellent treatment. The people at reception were very friendly and because it was my first time at the hotel, they gave me a better room at no extra cost.

Check-in the hotel and breakfast at Spago were not good

I booked deluxe twin bed room for my 70th birthday. They came from Japan.I asked them quite and higher room but they got room only 4-11th floor.Which is disappointing compared to what I paid.Also during the check -in time ,front desk is so busy.We were asking for little bit early check -in but actually we checked in around 3:30pm. I told them that and they tried their best to make my family happy which is absolutely fantastic.I really appreciate what they did to my parents !!! I can tell the hotel is worthy to pay ! Everyone is so welcoming and smiling. Happy place. Thank you for everything. They give us unforgettable memories ! xoxo

The renovation noise disturbed my mother’s afternoon nap a little .

Attentive service because I brought my elderly mother. Handling of luggage was exceptional at all times. Whether it was checkin or checkout. Complimentary fruit platter was the best surprise as there’s not an abundance of fruit available. We arrived early so being able to check us in 3 hrs early n also provide a room almost immediately was great for my mum to rest in the room. After we checked out, we were offered a bellboy to take our luggage for storage as we were returning late that night(9.30pm) and were offered a private room to shower n refresh before heading to the airport. It was a highlight for us as we’d been out all day in the heat. Everything was made so easy and comfortable. It really felt like a real holiday. I loved the room view.

The staff's control of the elevator between the pool and observation level is "difficult". Waiting time too long and when you want to go back to the pool level, someone may press the button for the first floor and you may have to make a trip all the way down and up and over and over with a large family. Although there is an additional elevator, there is no guarantee that this unsatisfactory situation can be avoided.

The welcome at the reception is great The Room (Premium King) was excellent The view, the pool, the service, everything is great.

1. Bad Chef's Specialty shrimp at Blossom. It was tough to chew - as in tasted either overcooked or reheated in a microwave - and paid S $32 for each shrimp (minimum order 2)! Totally not worth it and it was almost inedible, except I was super hungry upon arriving at the hotel that evening. 2. The hotel did alert me before my arrival that they were doing some construction and renovations. The drilling and construction noises were not noticeable until day3. From that point, the constant noise was quite disturbing and actually gave me a headache for our last 2 days at the property.

The staff was so hospitable, friendly and all seemed happy at their jobs, which transcended into their genuine concern and care for us guests. It made the stay that much more enjoyable and pleasant. The facilities around the hotel was amazing with all the options it offered...casino, theatre, 80+ eating options for all budgets, shopping, etc.

I didn't like converting deposit from USD to SGD forcibly. I didn't have any plans to spend a deposit so i expected my money to be returned back. But because they use lower conversion rate I've lost some value. I also didn't like 25 minutes check-in process. It could be improved.

I like how clean and prepared it was. I like views and location.

Booking.com was able to support me in rebooking my stay (I mixed up the dates). The hotel staff was able to accomodate our change in room preference onsite and offered a fair deal (room upgrade without extra costs, at the cost of negligible faults in the room for us, e.g. 1 door not operating automatically)

1. Chef's specialty shrimp dish at Blossom on our first night was very tough. Tasted like it was over cooked or reheated in a microwave. It was almost too tough to eat but was very hungry upon arriving at the hotel. Hence, no choice. 2. Staff on phone would prefer to assist in helping me navigate through self service options through my TV or mobile device. I actually have to present my case on why I need help versus working out my self help/navigation issues.

Great views. Excellent facilities/service by staff within the resort area and varied offerings. Outside resort options to see and experience the rest of Singapore not as convenient to get to.

accommodation in Marina Bay Sands is like being right in a fairy tale like a king... something unreal, fantastic... and the top of the whole thing is the pool on the roof... well, simply wonderful, something unbelievable... experience for whole life

We had to switch room due to LOUD construction noise. It's not "some drilling noise" it's a "can't think" noise. We were upset that this room (33 floor) was available to begin with. Although the second room was more luxury, it was on a lower floor so we didn't had the view we wanted when we chose room originally.
