The location of the hotel is a Bonus. Quiet yet closed to Orchard road where is very convenient to access all public transport. The staff are very helpful they always greet guest with smile and not forgot the housekeeping lady! The room and bed are comfortable as well. And they do provide baby cot, which is awesome when you are travelling with a baby!

-they only have 1 electric socket that I could fit my device :( -so small room. I bet that guests with 5,9 ft can not lie on bed easily; no space for big suicase

Quite far from MBS & usual tourist attractions, we did op to stay at MBS for some nights and keep this hotel room with all our stuff so we didn’t have to lug our shopping/luggage around but was able to do so because of the affordability of this hotel. The night we did stay, we could hear our neighbor coughing all night and when we would come back we heard children crying. Might be due to having the ability to have connecting rooms for families, but it was annoying.

Staff were lovely, the hotel is also trying to add to the sustainability. Bed was comfy, not too hard but not too soft. Big rooms for such an affordable price. Nice & close to orchard road. I would definitely stay again would just ask to be on a floor away from other residents due to sound.

Despite the hotel having a nice exterior and great location, the cleanliness of the rooms was not too great. The room was a bit dusty and the bathroom was a bit dated and not as clean as expected given the renovations. I would suggest the hotel does a better job at this. The room service is not 24 hours a day.

The hotel is located in a great area within walking distance to one of the most iconic shopping areas in Singapore. It's close to a metro station which makes travelling around Singapore very easy. This is the best feature of the hotel. Raymond at the front desk was so friendly and lovely. The hotel also provided decent body wash and other basic amenities.

The room we had was only average size with not much space to unpack/hang/store clothes (we were on a 3 week trip), but otherwise was well equipped.

Conveniently located just off Orchard Road in a quiet residential road, the hotel is not too big and impersonal, having more of a 'boutique' feel. The swimming pool area is relatively small but was not busy during our stay. The breakfast buffet was good though with some issues of replenishment during the busiest times. Getting out and about from the hotel is easy - MRT station close by and relatively easy to get taxis.

We had not a thing to complain. I would however recommended the hotel to not put the closing hour of the (by the way rather small) hotel lobby bar at 10pm but at 12 (for example). Certainly for people who arrive late that would increase your service level and in all honesty it is also what I think might be expected of a 4-star hotel.

The hotel is comfortable and it is just about 5 ~ 10 minutes walking from Orchard Road. The staff is friendly. We didn’t include breakfast in our booking. You can still have it for an additional fee, but we preferred to eat outside. There are some great eatery’s for breakfast in the Mandarin Gallery.

Rooms are small. Avoid the standard room unless you are young and agile. The standard room has a tub-shower, and climbing in and out is not easy.

On this visit I booked a "Premium Room", which is a bit nicer than the standard room. And breakfast is included. The Premium Room comes with a walk-in shower, while the standard room has a tub-shower. On a previous visit I had difficulty getting in and out of the tub to take a shower. The room was small but clean and well designed.

T pillow is too soft for my liking.

For people who don't mind abit of exercise walking up and down while staying in t vibrant orchard road, which is a catch for me as it is much more value in money for it's location and staff friendliness.
