Water presssure in the shower could be better (we're in room 1209).

This is our 2nd stay a this hotel this year - location was simply convenient. About 5-7 minutes' walk to the bustling Orchard Paragon and Orchard Rd, and yet nestled in the quiet part of the area, just behind Mount Elizabeth hospital. Room was clean and confy enough and staff were helpful.

Quite far away from subway stations, small room, teapot and cups were inside the wardrobe which was extremely uncomfortable since we were not able to hang clothes

There was construction work underway on a multi-Storey building directly behind the pool area, extremely noisy. They start work at 7am and finish at 7pm with a 1 ½ hour break between 12h00 and 13h30. This went on from Monday to Saturday. The hotel should have advised us before booking as if I had known I would have booked elsewhere.

Location was great, very close to the main hub of Orchard Road, breakfast were average. Dinner menue also very average.

You pay 250USD for a (small) room and you don’t even receive water to drink, only two towels for 3 people and no cupboard to put clothes… I know Singapore is more than expensive and average size of rooms is small but these kind of details make me think you can find better value for money.

New. Very close to the malls on Orchard Road but is this the best location for tourists taken into account you will probably not buy anything as prices are 50% higher than in Europe!

Our rooms were at the lift lobby where people gather and chat loudly. In addition, right next to a family with young children who were still playing into the middle of the night. I had to ring their door to ask them to tone down their play.

The chef didn’t cook what I asked him. And the breakfast price was way too expensive than it worth. Not too many options, less local food.

The bathroom was very small. There was limited cold water and the shower just remained burning hot even when cold was turned on. The bed was quite hard.

The room was very spacious and well equipped for our needs, especially for the price point in Singapore.

I was cheked in around 17:00PM and the room was not ready, actualy the Check in time is 15:00pm. The receptionist told us to wait until they clean up the room. I was very disapointed because we just have a long flight and we have childrens with us. I booked 2 rooms which is connecting and the other room was ready but the other connecting room was not ready yet. But When we were waiting in the other room we didn’t see or hear anybody cleaned the room. I was very upset and I went down to the receptionist and make complain about the that. Finally they let us open the connecting door. That was around 18:30PM .

The air con was quite noisy, the room lighting too dim to read and the shower mixer (bath taps) made it difficult to get a good temperature. Although close to Paragon shopping mall and Orchard Road it was a taxi or train ride away to the waterfront. When we needed assistance we found one of the male Managers condescending and that the hotel policies did not favour the customer.

The concierge staff were lovely and helpful. The dining area had a very nice outlook and for dining staff were also lovely. It felt like an upmarket hotel.

The location was pleasant and quiet. The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. Dinner and breakfast in the restaurant were top quality but reasonably priced. The staff were professional and friendly.
