Unfortunately we didn't have room service during our three night stay. Don't know if we should have asked for it. Wifi is a bit weak in some parts of the room.

Nice hotel in a rather remote area of the slowenian Alps. It's a perfect place to explore the surroundings doing hikes, outdoor sports and see several alpine lakes. The sauna is really nice as well!

Such an unusual location but perfect for climbing Triglav. Although it is 17k from Bled and 20k from Bohinj there is a FREE shuttle bus connecting it 4 times a day. Food was great and much better value than in the big towns. And so interesting seeing Biathlon training going on

The staff could not have been more accommodating - there was initially an issue with our to but it was sorted quickly, they went out of their way to accommodate my veganism including for our dinner reservation, and we got to use the sauna during our stay too!

I would have loved to have a fridge in my room, but maybe there are rooms with that available. I just didn't check for this details prior to my booking.

The hotel was perfect for starting a hike into Triglav NP. The hotels target crowd are sporty people and I appreciated the many options to hang up sweaty clothes in the room after coming back of my multiple day hike. The shower was a bliss (temperature and water pressure). The staff is super nice and very helpful.

Everything in order. A nice hotel, great place to stay if you want to hike in Julian Alps. The staff is absolutely fantastic, very helpful and kind. I really liked the bed. Breakfast was OK.

There were 7 people in our family and we had to separate into 4 rooms. There were 2 younger children in our family and we would have preferred 3 rooms with a cot/extra bed in 2 of the rooms. Booking.com would not allow this. Not ideal for our family and added to the cost.

Too many things. Small rooms. No privacy, poor sound insulation. No conditioning. The only option is to open window to the shared balcony but then you have to breathe cigarette smoke and listen talks. No refrigerator in room. Weird policy in restaurant, you can't change the table even it is empty... Not a place to relax.

It is a location for big sporting events. We got caught in the middle of one. The hotel at that time was extremely full and terribly noisy. Would have been nice if the hotel had informed us somehow in advance.

The minute you walk into your hotel room, the smell of stale, dusty carpets and upholstery hits your nose. The bleak, depressing TL-light colour of the lamps makes the room look like an abandoned office space. There's large, suspicious-looking stains on the old run down couches, as well as on the walls. The sink in the bathroom turned out to be clogged, which caused water to backflow out of the floor drain, including some dirty drain crud. In the morning I woke up with an itchy throat - I have a dust mite allergy, but it hasn't bothered me in 10 years (and I've slept in many old, dusty rooms without problems before), so the fact that this room triggered my dust mite allergy again after so long speaks volumes about the cleanliness of the place. To top it off; the place was surprisingly expensive considering all of the above. All the positive reviews are from, what I assume, langlaufen/cross-country skiing enthousiasts whom the hotel specifically caters to. My review, however, is not concerned with that, it's concerned only with the quality of the rooms. With that in mind; stay away!

The only likeable thing about this place is its location; you're surrounded by nothing but pine trees. Also, the staff were friendly, nice and helpful, props to them!
