the location of the hotel is fantastic - it cant be better. the hotel was clean, staff friendly, breakfast also really nice. We particularly enjoyed the spa in the hotel.

too small room, room was never cleaned up in 5 days. i was asking for shampoo for the cleaning lady. the drying snow boots room working not well. if you leave your shoes wet in, turn on the heating, it works not enough to dry out the humidity. in the morning snowboard shoes were wet. breakfast could start from 7.30 or at least at 8.00.

Breakfast started too late and was crowded. Walking around the main building and the residence was not arranged in the shortest path. Some lights were out in the room.

I ordered the property for my parents as a gift. They were super excited for the room and has a really nice time there. Breakfast surprised them as well, they were very satisfied with a huge offer of the breakfast meals in the restaurant. They would return immediately. As a big plus, the room was super clean and comfy.

The room was like a sauna. No AC is fine but the lack of ventilation plus the bathroom door not staying open no matter what we did made it barely habitable. The bathroom is pretty but highly impractical, the sink is splashing everywhere and you have no space there. One could take dance lessons in the shower though given the huge space. The walls are rather thin so don’t share private information there; your neighbour might hear you. Literally. The wellness is nice; however there is no clock for you to keep the time :)

THE STAFF. Everyone was amazing, really attentive and super kind. The location is convenient, great breakfast, good value for half board. But the best was the staff, both in the restaurant and the reception.

Good location, beautiful view of the mountains, close to the ski lift. Friendly staff, availability of a spa area with saunas (2 hours visit included in the price, must be booked in advance). Good breakfast (included in the price) and a goid choice of food for dinner. Parking available (must be booked in advance). Thanks for a pleasant stay!

The room is elegant, high quality, but a bit small.

The view from the room was beautiful, just to the peak of the mountains. The breakfast is really delicious, ands the staff was perfect. The location of the hotel is optimal.
