Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

PanamaPaint smell and too much noise during the day. There was a group of refinery workers, who arrived at the hotel by 3-4 am and there was too much noise in the hallway, the hotel couldn´t control the behavior of the guests but a bit more noise cancellation on the doors/walls will help

United KingdomMy last night which was a Thursday there w as a Party taking place on the roof terrace, WOW the music was very very loud,, and I was on the 3rd floor, would not want to imagine what the sound was like for those people staying on a higher floor.
The location was walking distance to quite a few of the local attractions like the Fort and the bridge just to name two. The breakfast was good with a wide variety of local and international dishes, and as for the view, second to none (spectacular) in my opinion. WiFi worked well, the room also had a refrigerator flat screen TV all of which are in the booking description.

United Kingdomthe sixth floor of the hotel serves as a nightclub (called Club Space). If you're staying on a Friday or Saturday night you will not be able to sleep until AT LEAST 4am (the music stopped at 5.10am one of the nights I was there)- that's a PROMISE. Even in the gym, second floor opposite side of the building, the music and bass were so loud. I would stay here again if it was a Sunday-thursday, but if you intend on staying over a Friday/saturday night I'd consider elsewhere (you've been warned).

We loved the location, staff were excellent, breakfast was tasty and there was lots to choose from. The bed could fit my family of 4 comfortably. Decor was truly amazing...very modern and attractive.

Trinidad and TobagoEverything in terms of service was superb to excellent. The Gym equipment needs to have instructions for use. For example, i was unable to use the stationary bike because a password was required to increase the intensity on the equipment, which was not provided. The foot press machine had the foot-press plate turned in, with no instructions on how to have it engaged.
I did not have breakfast at the hotel - not a breakfast person. The surrounding area to the hotel's location is not "inviting".

ArubaThe hotel is still under reconstruction and the repair noise started a bit too early. The free buffet breakfast needs some better choices
Rooms were very clean and the housekeeping ladies were fantastic. Also Natasha in the restaurant was very welcoming, very professional and would be the reason of me returning to this hotel. She is fantastic and Management should be aware of the great leader she is. The a la cart food in the restaurant was very good.

Convenient to have all the facilities in one location, Sky Lounge, which hosted great events, Bar and Reastaurant. The food was good and not too pricey. Friendly and courteous Staff.
