Superbly located, hidden oasis in the heart of the old city. Very laid back and great atmosphere. Exactly what I was looking for, and met all expectations. The room instantly felt like home.

Everything was wonderful, we highly recommend! The host is a wonderful and helpful person, he helped us a lot in choosing trips that turned out great! He gives very nice local recommendations. The guesthouse is in a great location and has everything you need. The room was very clean and nice. The entire Guesthouse is beautifully decorated. We'd love to come back for a longer stay sometime. For me the best kind of accommodation. Perfect location, awesome owners, cheap, clean, friendly place. Like a lot of places around. The main difference is the owner who is gonna give you a lot of tips and addresses to really enjoy your stay in the region (and further) without scams. A friendly and happy person to share time with also. Would stay again without a doubt

Really nice place to stay in the middle of Chiang Mai's old town. Everything is within walking distance and the small courtyard is super relaxed to have a beer in the evening. Would come back!! The staff was also super friendly and organized a taxi for us to the sticky waterfall. In addition, the house manager took me on his moped to buy something that was only available outside of town, very friendly and he didn't even want to take a tip.

I really liked the hotel, the location (try peeyai my favorite local restaurant, near the hostel, and the best prices and food), the services offered, the price, the cleanliness, the staff, everything was perfect! The laundry service was fast and very convenient, thanks for treating my clothes with such care =) I would only add a couple of cutlery, bowls or basic things to eat in the rooms, just in case you want to eat something like yogurt or cereal, and shampoo and conditioner would also be useful, since they are the basics that are always appreciated for the travellers.

Only minor "downside" was the shower drainage, it was kinda slow. So if you had to take a longer shower, wash hair etc, you would be standing in a pond. Otherwise perfect stay!

Location was great, close to everything, yet not noisy. Nice and helpfull staff. Good size rooms, free water, everything you need even for a longer stay. Can recommend staying in here!

The only petty thing is "no shampoo" . I know that's pathetic!!

What a great guest house in a side street. Close to all markets (Saturday, Sunday and night market). Although no food was available there are many restaurants/ cafes nearby. There is a small bar at the guest house which is open 24/7 for guests. Rooms were clean and serviced daily, however supply your own toiletries. Bed was comfy. Good wifi. Free water refill is available. Gilles, the French owner, is really helpful and speaks very good English. Laundry service turnaround is quick.

Excellent location in a laid back part of the Old City. Close to markets and good bars and restaurants. The owner and staff are awesome. Very welcoming, great to chat with, and super helpful for sightseeing and booking. We felt like home here! A special oasis in that city. Lovely garden to hang out in. Clean and comfortable room. Gilles is a true host, and we had a very memorable stay. In fact, we stayed here 3 different times this month!

It is a guesthouse like most in Thailand. I read in other reviews about the bathroom, yes, it is small and there is no window, but it is everywhere in Thailand like that. I did miss a mosquito net, but well, that is also something that is not done in Thailand. Some nights we would have preferred to open the window instead of sleeping with airco on, but we did not do that because of the mosquitos.

Forget about your room, go and sit in the garden! Wonderful to relax, talk to other guests and become friends with the owner who is very friendly! Great location, in the center, close to the sights and with loads of restaurants around. Common areas are spot-clean and very pretty.

Nothing. It was perfect.

The guest house is set in a quiet street, I heard no noise at all. There are great restaurants and bars within walking distance. The owner is fabulous and will do anything to help. His staff are all friendly. The beds are very comfortable. Fresh hot or cold water is available 24/7. You can purchase cola, sprite, water, and beer directly from a fridge in the seating area. There are cups and utensils available and a microwave to heat food. On arrival, I was welcomed like family and given lots of information and a map. I have disabilities which means I can not walk very far. I was garunteed a ground floor room. The rooms are spacious and very clean. You can get a "grab" (download the app) car or tuk tuk from right outside the door and then take you anywhere, and it's not expensive. You can also order food delivered directly to the hotel. I would rate this hotel above most major chains for the personal touch alone. Thank you all for a wonderful stay.
